Verglichen mit der traditionellen Ethanol-Extraktionsmethode haben die in diesem Experiment ermittelten optimalen Extraktionsprozessbedingungen die Extraktionszeit bis zu einem gewissen Grad verk\u00fcrzt, die Auswirkungen einer Langzeitextraktion auf die Wirkstoffe vermieden und die Extraktionsmenge und -effizienz der Gesamtflavonoide in Artemisia annua verbessert.<\/p>\n<p>Das Experiment zur Reinigungswirkung von makropor\u00f6sem Harz auf Gesamtflavonoide in Artemisia annua ergab, dass AB-8 hohe Adsorptions- und Desorptionsraten von 74,36% bzw. 85,32% aufweist, was es zu einem idealen makropor\u00f6sen Harz f\u00fcr die Adsorption und Trennung von Gesamtflavonoiden in Artemisia annua macht. Die Verringerung der Sch\u00e4den, die freie Radikale dem menschlichen K\u00f6rper zuf\u00fcgen, ist f\u00fcr die Forschung von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung.
