Er kann verschiedene landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse und Lebensmittel kontaminieren und Hautkrankheiten bei Tieren verursachen. In den letzten Jahren haben zahlreiche Studien gezeigt, dass Aspergillus niger eine F\u00fclle von Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten mit unterschiedlichen chemischen Strukturen produziert, was ihn zu einem nat\u00fcrlichen chemischen Ressourcenpool macht. Laut PubMed-Suche wurden von 2017 bis Juli 2022 erhebliche Fortschritte bei der Erforschung der Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten und ihrer biologischen Aktivit\u00e4ten von Aspergillus niger erzielt. Insgesamt wurden 325 Verbindungen aus 37 Bakterienst\u00e4mmen isoliert, von denen 111 neue Naturstoffe waren (siehe Abbildung 11), darunter zyklische Peptide, Alkaloide, Terpene, Polyketone und andere Strukturtypen mit antibakterieller, antioxidativer, antitumoraler, antiviraler und anderer Wirkung. Diese Studien zeigen, dass sich die Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten von Aspergillus niger aus verschiedenen Habitatquellen signifikant unterscheiden. Verschiedene Habitatquellen von Aspergillus aktivieren aufgrund von Unterschieden in ihren Lebensumgebungen verschiedene Biosynthesewege, was zu Ver\u00e4nderungen in ihren Stoffwechselmechanismen und -wegen f\u00fchrt, was wiederum zu mehr habitatspezifischen und strukturell vielf\u00e4ltigen Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten f\u00fchrt. Mikrobielle Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten sind wichtige Ressourcen f\u00fcr die Entdeckung neuer Arzneimittel wie Antibiotika, Enzyminhibitoren, Antitumormittel und antivirale Medikamente. Da es jedoch schwierig ist, Mikroorganismen in der Natur k\u00fcnstlich zu kultivieren, sind mehr als 90% Mikroorganismen noch nicht isoliert worden, was die Entwicklung neuer Arten von nat\u00fcrlich aktiven mikrobiellen Substanzen mit Hilfe von Mikroorganismen zunehmend erschwert. Die Zusammenfassung dieses Artikels zeigt, dass ein und derselbe Bakterienstamm auch verschiedene Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten aus unterschiedlichen Lebensr\u00e4umen produzieren kann, was f\u00fcr die Erforschung mikrobieller Naturstoffe von gro\u00dfem Wert ist. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat die molekularbiologische Forschung gezeigt, dass viele sekund\u00e4re Stoffwechselgene in Mikroorganismen zum Schweigen gebracht und nicht exprimiert werden. Wie diese stillgelegten Gencluster aktiviert werden k\u00f6nnen, um die begrenzten mikrobiellen Ressourcen vollst\u00e4ndig zu nutzen, ist ebenfalls eine wichtige wissenschaftliche Frage. Die Vielfalt der Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten von Aspergillus niger aus verschiedenen Habitatquellen bietet uns gutes Forschungsmaterial.
