In der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin werden sie h\u00e4ufig zur Beseitigung von Hitze, zur Entgiftung, zur Entfeuchtung und zur Linderung von Schmerzen eingesetzt. In der tibetischen Medizin und der Zhuang-Medizin werden sie zur Behandlung von Krankheiten wie Vaskulitis, Enteritis, Hitze-Syndrom der f\u00fcnf Organe und alpine Hyperurik\u00e4mie eingesetzt. Die Hauptwirkstoffe der Pflanzen der Gattung Corydalis sind Isochinolin-Alkaloide sowie organische Amine, Isoindole und andere Alkaloide. Unter ihnen sind die Protoopioide und Protoberberine in den Corydalis-Pflanzen weit verbreitet und haben ein breites Spektrum an biologischen Aktivit\u00e4ten. Neben den Alkaloiden kommen in den Pflanzen der Gattung Corydalis auch Flavonoide, Triterpenoide und phenolische Verbindungen vor. Die beiden am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendeten Pflanzen der Gattung Corydalis sind Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang und Corydalis decorens (Thunb.) Pers. Beide haben die Funktion, das Qi zu f\u00f6rdern und Schmerzen zu lindern, den Blutkreislauf zu aktivieren und Blutstauungen aufzul\u00f6sen sowie Muskeln und Kollateralen zu entspannen. Die Forschungen von Gao et al. haben gezeigt, dass die schmerzlindernden Wirkstoffe in Corydalis yanhusuo haupts\u00e4chlich in terti\u00e4ren Aminalkaloiden konzentriert sind. In den letzten Jahren wurde festgestellt, dass die Alkaloide der Gattung Corydalis noch viele andere Wirkungen haben, wie z.B. die Entdeckung von Yao et al., dass Tetrahydro-Corydalis, das aus Corydalis yanhusuo gewonnen wird, die kognitiven F\u00e4higkeiten und das Ged\u00e4chtnis von AD-M\u00e4usen verbessert; der Extrakt von Corydalis dulis Maxim kann die durch Tetrachlorkohlenstoff verursachten akuten Lebersch\u00e4den lindern.<br \/>\nCorydalis shereri S. Moore wirkt hitzel\u00f6send, entgiftend, durchblutungsf\u00f6rdernd und schmerzlindernd. Es gibt keine Literaturberichte \u00fcber seine spezifischen Inhaltsstoffe, und es gibt viele Arten und komplexe Bestandteile von Corydalis-Pflanzen. Derzeit gibt es noch viele unbekannte Bestandteile von Corydalis-Pflanzen, und die meisten pharmakologischen Studien \u00fcber ihre Wirkungen konzentrieren sich auf den hohen Gehalt an Corydalis yanhusuo und Protopanaxat. Die Spanne des Gehalts an prim\u00e4ren Opioidalkaloiden liegt bei 1,202-1,911 mg\/g, und die Spanne des Gesamtalkaloidgehalts betr\u00e4gt 2,01-2,49 mg\/g. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden in diesem Artikel acht Arten von Alkaloiden in den oberirdischen Teilen der Dijin-Setzlinge identifiziert. Darunter wurden 2 Arten von Aldehydalkaloiden, wie z. B. Linalodinalkaloide, erstmals in Corydalis-Pflanzen in China entdeckt. Dieses Alkaloid kommt haupts\u00e4chlich in Mohn und Mohnpflanzen der Gattung Papaveraceae vor, und es gibt nur wenige Berichte \u00fcber Lerchenspornpflanzen der Gattung Corydalis. In Bhutan wurde dieses Alkaloid in Corydalis crispa-Pflanzen gefunden.<br \/>\nGegenw\u00e4rtig gibt es viele Arten von Heilpflanzen der Gattung Corydalis, und es gibt erhebliche Unterschiede bei den Namen und der Herkunft verschiedener Heilkr\u00e4uter in der Literatur. Ph\u00e4nomene wie \"gleiche Arten, aber unterschiedliche Namen\" und \"gleichnamige Fremdk\u00f6rper\" sind auff\u00e4llig. Daher ist es notwendig, die chemische Zusammensetzung und den Gehalt an wirksamen Bestandteilen der Pflanzen zu kl\u00e4ren und die Qualit\u00e4tsstandards f\u00fcr Heilkr\u00e4uter zu verbessern. Urspr\u00fcngliche Alkaloide und ihre \u00e4hnlichen Strukturalkaloide wurden in 74 Pflanzenarten der Gattung Corydalis gefunden.
