B. auf der Oberfl\u00e4che von Fr\u00fcchten oder in holzigen Geweben und Bl\u00e4ttern von der fr\u00fchen Entwicklung bis zur Reife. Laut Index Fungorum geh\u00f6rt dieser Pilz zu den Ascomycota, Pezizomycotina, Dothideomycetes, Dothideomycetidae und Dothideales. \u00dcber die Biokontrollaktivit\u00e4t seiner Pilze gegen pathogene Bakterien in Obst, Gem\u00fcse und bei der Lagerung auf dem Feld wurde viel berichtet, so wurden beispielsweise Botrytis cinerea und Penicillium expansum auf \u00c4pfeln und Aspergillus niger auf Weintrauben durch A Pullulans deutlich kontrolliert. Au\u00dferdem kann sie verschiedene Stoffwechselprodukte produzieren, wie z. B. Pullulan-Polysaccharid, Melanin, einzelliges Protein, Mannitol-\u00d6l, Poly(apfels\u00e4ure), 2-Propylacryls\u00e4ure, 8,9-Dihydroxy-2-methyl-4H,5H-pyranochron-4-on, 2-Methylbernsteins\u00e4ure, Hexol-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexol usw. Es handelt sich um eine nat\u00fcrliche biologische Bek\u00e4mpfungsressource mit Entwicklungs- und Anwendungswert. Nach einer Literatur\u00fcbersicht ist derzeit bekannt, dass A Die Forschung \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung von Pullulans konzentriert sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf die Extraktion von gro\u00dfmolekularen Substanzen, w\u00e4hrend es relativ wenige Berichte \u00fcber Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten gibt. Unter ihnen hat es die beste hemmende Wirkung auf den Erreger von Ginseng-Rost und -F\u00e4ule, mit einer minimalen hemmenden Konzentration von 1,88 mg\/ml. Vier Verbindungen wurden aus dem Extrakt isoliert und identifiziert, darunter eine neue phenolische Glykosidverbindung (1) und drei Gibberellinverbindungen (2-4). Griseomycin ist eine neutrale Verbindung und ein aromatisches Derivat eines Antibiotikums. Der Mechanismus seiner antibakteriellen Wirkung besteht darin, dass es die DNA-Synthese von Pilzzellen konkurrierend st\u00f6rt und dadurch deren Wachstum hemmt. Gegenw\u00e4rtig wird es haupts\u00e4chlich zur Behandlung von Hautkrankheiten und Pilzinfektionen in der Hornschicht eingesetzt, und seine antibakterielle Wirkung wurde auch bei landwirtschaftlichen Krankheiten untersucht. So fanden Su Mingxing et al. und Liu Yun et al. heraus, dass Oxytetracyclin das Wachstum von Fusarium deutlich hemmt. Literaturberichten zufolge haben die Verbindungen 2 und 3 eine gewisse hemmende Wirkung auf Microsporum gypseum, w\u00e4hrend Verbindung 4 eine schw\u00e4chere antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t gegen Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens und Staphylococcus epidermidis aufweist. Daher wird vermutet, dass A Pullulans Verbindungen sind, die antibakterielle Wirkungen bei der Biokontrolle von landwirtschaftlichen Krankheiten aus\u00fcben.
