Die Anpflanzung von Pflanzen der Gattung Lespedeza kann in der Regel zur Verhinderung der Bodenerosion eingesetzt werden. In China gibt es 25 Arten von Lespedeza-Pflanzen. Einige Arten werden als traditionelle Heilkr\u00e4uter verwendet, wie z. B. der Blattschneide-Eisenbesen (allgemein bekannt als Lespedeza cuneta), der in der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin seit langem zur Behandlung von Dysenterie und Hepatitis sowie zum Schutz von Leber, Nieren und Lunge eingesetzt wird. In den Pflanzen der Gattung Lespedeza wurden mehrere Arten chemischer Bestandteile gefunden, vor allem Flavonoide, darunter Dihydroflavone, Flavonol-Sauerstoffglykoside, Flavonoid-Kohlenstoffglykoside, Isoflavone, Dihydroflavone, Pterocarpane, Coumestan, Homoisoflavanone, 2-Phenylbenzo-Furane, Lignin und andere phenolische Verbindungen. Die Zwerg-Lespedeza (L. forrestii) ist haupts\u00e4chlich in den Provinzen Yunnan und Sichuan in China verbreitet. Zurzeit gibt es keine Berichte \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung dieser Pflanze. Um die chemische Zusammensetzung von Pflanzen der Gattung Lespedeza weiter zu erforschen, wurde zum ersten Mal die chemische Zusammensetzung der gesamten Pflanze der Zwerglespedeza untersucht. Um die Suche nach Verbindungen mit hoher entz\u00fcndungshemmender Wirkung aus Pflanzen fortzusetzen, wurden in dieser Studie die chemischen Bestandteile der Zwerg-Lespedeza auf ihre entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung hin untersucht.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6732\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-251.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1224\" height=\"704\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-251.png 1224w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-251-768x442.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1224px) 100vw, 1224px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6733\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-209.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1224\" height=\"459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-209.png 1224w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-209-768x288.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1224px) 100vw, 1224px\" \/><br \/>\nAus dem Methanolextrakt der gesamten Pflanze von Zwerg-Lespedeza wurden zehn Verbindungen isoliert und identifiziert, darunter die Verbindungen 1-5 Flavonolglykoside, 6-8 Flavonoid-Kohlenstoffglykoside, 9 Isoflavone und 10 Dihydroisoflavone, die alle erstmals in Zwerg-Lespedeza entdeckt wurden. Die Verbindungen 1-4 und 6-9 wurden in der Heilpflanze L. cuneta gefunden, was auf eine enge genetische Verwandtschaft zwischen Zwerg-Lespedeza und L. cuneta hinweist. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden die Verbindungen 1-10 auf ihre entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung untersucht, von denen 8 und 10 die mRNA-Expression der Entz\u00fcndungsfaktoren IL-6 und IL-1 \u03b2 hemmen k\u00f6nnen, was auf eine gewisse entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung hindeutet. Flavonoide sind eine wichtige Klasse von entz\u00fcndungshemmenden Verbindungen. In verwandten Studien wurde festgestellt, dass die Verbindungen 1-4 und 6-9 \u00fcber verschiedene Signalwege entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkungen aus\u00fcben k\u00f6nnen. Dieser Artikel zeigt, dass Verbindung 8 eine gewisse entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung aus\u00fcben kann, indem sie die mRNA-Expression des Entz\u00fcndungsfaktors IL-6 hemmt, w\u00e4hrend die Verbindungen 1-4, 6, 7 und 9 schw\u00e4chere Wirkungen auf die mRNA-Expression der Entz\u00fcndungsfaktoren IL-1 \u03b2, IL-6 und TNF-\u03b1 haben.
