Es wird von vielen ethnischen Minderheiten im S\u00fcdwesten Chinas verwendet, darunter die ethnischen Gruppen der Miao, Yao, Zhuang, Dai und Yi. Achyranthes bidentata enth\u00e4lt Triterpensaponine mit Oleanols\u00e4ure als Hauptbestandteil. Das Hydrolysat Oleanols\u00e4ure hat antioxidative, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, atherosklerosehemmende und andere biologische Aktivit\u00e4ten. Aufgrund seiner funktionellen Eigenschaften wie blutzuckersenkende, antibakterielle, schmerzlindernde und entz\u00fcndungshemmende Eigenschaften hat Achyranthes bidentata einen einzigartigen Anwendungswert in der Medizin und breite Entwicklungsperspektiven. Daher ist die Untersuchung der Wirkstoffe und funktionellen Eigenschaften von Achyranthes bidentata von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00fchere Forscher haben 58 wichtige Substanzen aus Achyranthes bidentata isoliert und identifiziert, darunter vor allem Polysaccharide, Flavonoide, Terpene, Pflanzensterole, Saponine usw. Sie verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber verschiedene medizinische Eigenschaften wie entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antioxidative, blutzuckersenkende und antibakterielle Eigenschaften, die ihnen ein breites Entwicklungspotenzial im Bereich der Medizin verleihen. Sowohl der Wasser- als auch der Alkoholextrakt von Achyranthes bidentata haben eine gute antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t, aber die in vitro Anti-Krebs-Aktivit\u00e4t und die klinischen Effekte und Mechanismen sind noch nicht untersucht worden. In dieser Studie soll der Ethanolextrakt von Eucommia ulmoides mit Hilfe der Ethanol-Reflux-Methode gewonnen werden. Ausgehend von einem einzigen Faktor wird das Extraktionsverfahren der Response Surface Optimization angewandt, um ein effizientes und minimal destruktives Extraktionsverfahren zu finden. Die Ergebnisse des Zytotoxizit\u00e4tsexperiments zeigten, dass mit zunehmender Konzentration des Ethanolextrakts die \u00dcberlebensrate der A549-Zellen rasch abnahm. Bei einer Konzentration des Ethanolextrakts von 256 \u03bcg\/ml erreichte die Hemmungsrate der A549-Zellen 94,65%, und die Kratzheilungsrate des Ethanolextrakts auf Krebszellen war signifikant niedriger als die der leeren Kontrollgruppe (P&lt;0,001), was darauf hindeutet, dass der Ethanolextrakt aus Kuhknie eine gewisse Anti-Krebs-Aktivit\u00e4t hat.
