C. Y. Wu ex H. W. Li, einer Pflanze aus der Familie der Lamiaceae. Es gibt f\u00fcnf Arten dieser Pflanze, aber nur eine in China. Sie ist unter anderem in Hainan, Guangdong, S\u00fcd-Yunnan und Fujian verbreitet, wobei die meisten Pflanzen in den Regionen Simao und Xishuangbanna in Yunnan angebaut werden. Nierentee enth\u00e4lt verschiedene chemische Bestandteile wie Flavonoide, Phenylpropanoide, Terpene usw., die pharmakologische Wirkungen haben, wie z. B. Regulierung der Nierenfunktion, Diurese und Steinauswurf, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antioxidative, antibakterielle, blutzuckersenkende und blutdrucksenkende Wirkung. Laut der medizinischen Dai-Schrift \"Beiye Jing\" wird Nierentee zur Behandlung von Erkrankungen des Harnsystems, einschlie\u00dflich akuter und chronischer Nephritis, Harnwegssteinen und rheumatischen Erkrankungen des Immunsystems wie rheumatoide Arthritis, Gicht usw. verwendet. In den letzten Jahren haben Wissenschaftler aus dem In- und Ausland die chemische Zusammensetzung, die pharmakologische Wirkung und die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle von Nierentee eingehend untersucht. Dabei wurden die folgenden Schlussfolgerungen gezogen: (1) Terpenoide (einschlie\u00dflich Diterpene, Triterpene und Sesquiterpene), Phenylpropanoide, Amide und andere Verbindungen wurden neu aus Nierentee isoliert; (2) Nierentee und seine monomeren Verbindungen \u00fcben entz\u00fcndungshemmende, nierensch\u00fctzende, antibakterielle, harns\u00e4uresenkende, steinaustreibende und antitumorale Wirkungen aus, indem sie den ERK-CT1-Signalweg regulieren, TNF-\u03b1 herunterregulieren, die Proteinexpression von Harns\u00e4uretransportern modulieren, die Notch-Signalisierung hemmen und den TGF-\u03b2 1\/Smad3-Signalweg unterdr\u00fccken; (3) Die Festlegung von Qualit\u00e4tsstandards steht in engem Zusammenhang mit der Untersuchung der chemischen Zusammensetzung und der pharmakologischen Aktivit\u00e4t. Daher haben Wissenschaftler im In- und Ausland in den letzten Jahren verst\u00e4rkt Forschungen zur Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle von Nierentee durchgef\u00fchrt und verschiedene Methoden zur Qualit\u00e4tsbestimmung von Nierentee mittels HPLC oder UPLC entwickelt. Die Methoden zur Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle von Nierentee haben sich stark verbessert. Allerdings gibt es auch die folgenden Probleme in der Forschung von Nierentee: (1) die chemische Zusammensetzung von Nierentee ist relativ reichlich vorhanden, aber die pharmakologische Aktivit\u00e4t ist meist in der rohen Extrakt konzentriert, und nur eine kleine Anzahl von monomeren Verbindungen wurden f\u00fcr die pharmakologische Aktivit\u00e4t untersucht. Die Erforschung der pharmakologischen Aktivit\u00e4t der monomeren Verbindungen ist relativ schwach; (2) Es gibt relativ wenig Forschung \u00fcber den Wirkmechanismus der wichtigsten pharmakologisch aktiven Monomere, und der Wirkmechanismus ist noch nicht vollst\u00e4ndig gekl\u00e4rt, wie z.B. die antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t der Phenylpropanoidverbindungen im Nierentee.
