Schw\u00e4mme sind die zweitgr\u00f6\u00dften Meeresorganismen und gelten als die ergiebigste Quelle f\u00fcr nat\u00fcrliche Produkte im Meer. Der Schwamm der Gattung Dactylosongia ist reich an bioaktiven Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten. Die in der Literatur beschriebene chemische Zusammensetzung dieser Schwammgattung umfasst haupts\u00e4chlich Sesquiterpenchinone\/Hydrochinone, Sesquiterpens\u00e4uren, Diterpene, Steroide, Sesquiterpene und andere Arten von Verbindungen, von denen die meisten Sesquiterpenchinone\/Hydrochinone sind. Diese Metaboliten weisen eine Reihe von biologischen Aktivit\u00e4ten auf, wie z. B. Die Hemmungsraten von 8 Verbindungen auf die Freisetzung von NO aus RAW 264.7 Makrophagen, die durch Lipopolysaccharid (LPS) in M\u00e4usen induziert wird, wurden bestimmt. Um die Zytotoxizit\u00e4t der getesteten Verbindungen auf RAW 264.7-Zellen w\u00e4hrend der entz\u00fcndungshemmenden Bewertung zu vermeiden, wurde auch ein CCK-8-Nachweis durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Verbindungen 1, 3 und 4 bei 10 \u03bc mol\/L eine gute NO-Hemmwirkung mit Hemmungsraten von 65,5%, 48,5% bzw. 46,0% aufwiesen und keine Zytotoxizit\u00e4t bei RAW 264.7-Zellen zeigten.
