Unter diesen Bedingungen betr\u00e4gt die Extraktionsrate der Polyphenole 22,92%. Dieses Forschungsergebnis kann eine theoretische Grundlage und Referenz f\u00fcr die unterst\u00fctzte Extraktion von Polyphenolen aus Camellia oleifera unter Verwendung von \u03b2-Cyclodextrin liefern. Diese Studie deutet darauf hin, dass Polyphenol-Extrakte das Wachstum, die Sporenbildung und die Keimung g\u00e4ngiger pflanzenpathogener Pilze hemmen, die Hyphenmorphologie und die Koloniefarbe ver\u00e4ndern und die Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit der Zellmembranen pathogener Pilze ver\u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnen.
