Makino, einer Pflanze aus der Familie der Solanaceae. Er schmeckt sauer und bitter, ist von kalter Natur und geh\u00f6rt zu den Lungen- und Milzmeridianen. Sie wirkt hitzel\u00f6send und entgiftend, f\u00f6rdert den Rachenraum und l\u00f6st Schleim auf, wirkt harntreibend und reinigt das Lymphsystem. Klinisch wird es zur Behandlung von Halsschmerzen, Hitzehusten in der Lunge und Harninkontinenz eingesetzt. Die chemische Zusammensetzung von Jinlongdeng ist vielf\u00e4ltig und umfasst haupts\u00e4chlich Verbindungen wie Bitterstoffe, Flavonoide, Saccharoseester, Phenylpropanoide, Alkaloide usw. Moderne pharmakologische Studien haben gezeigt, dass der Alkoholextrakt und der Dichlormethanextrakt von Jinlongdeng eine gute hemmende Wirkung gegen grampositive Bakterien, gramnegative Bakterien und Candida albicans haben. Auch einige Bestandteile des sauren Bitters haben nachweislich eine signifikante antibakterielle Wirkung. Derzeit gibt es viele Studien \u00fcber die antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t von Jinlongdeng sowohl im Inland als auch international, aber die materielle Grundlage ist noch nicht sehr klar.<\/p>\n<p>Die traditionelle chinesische Medizin selbst besteht aus komplexen und vielf\u00e4ltigen Inhaltsstoffen und weist bei der Aus\u00fcbung ihrer therapeutischen Wirkungen die Merkmale einer Multi-Target- und Gesamtregelung auf. Die Beziehung zwischen dem Spektrum der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin und der Wirksamkeit basiert auf der Untersuchung des Fingerabdruck-Spektrums der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin, der Verkn\u00fcpfung des Fingerabdruck-Spektrums mit den pharmakologischen Wirkungen, der Erforschung des Spektrums-Wirkungs-Verh\u00e4ltnisses und der weiteren Kl\u00e4rung der materiellen Grundlage f\u00fcr die Aus\u00fcbung der pharmakologischen Wirkungen. Derzeit gibt es relativ wenig Forschung \u00fcber das Fingerabdruck-Spektrum und die Beziehung zwischen spektraler Wirksamkeit von Jinlongdeng. Daher zielt diese Studie darauf ab, die materielle Grundlage der antibakteriellen Aktivit\u00e4t von Jinlongdeng anhand des Spektrums-Effekt-Verh\u00e4ltnisses zu untersuchen. Bei der Untersuchung der Massenspektrometriebedingungen wurde festgestellt, dass das Gesamtionenchromatogramm im negativen Ionenmodus stabiler und die Peakform attraktiver war. Daher wurde das Experiment im Negativ-Ionen-Scan-Modus durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>In dieser Studie wurden Fingerabdruck-Spektren von 16 Chargen von Jinlongdeng-Heilkr\u00e4utern erstellt und 38 gemeinsame Peaks extrahiert. Die \u00c4hnlichkeit lag bei \u00fcber 0,95, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Qualit\u00e4t von Jinlongdeng-Heilkr\u00e4utern unterschiedlicher Herkunft relativ stabil ist; sowohl die Cluster-Analyse als auch die PCA-Analyse k\u00f6nnen Proben nach unterschiedlicher Herkunft gruppieren, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Wachstumsumgebung von Heilkr\u00e4utern ein wichtiger Faktor f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4tsunterschiede ist.<\/p>\n<p>Gleichzeitig wurde in dieser Studie die antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t von 16 Chargen von Jin-Deng-Laternenextrakten gegen Staphylococcus aureus und Escherichia coli bestimmt. Zum ersten Mal wurden die Fingerabdruck-Spektren mit den pharmakologischen Ergebnissen kombiniert, und die graue Korrelationsanalyse wurde verwendet, um die spektrale Wirksamkeitsbeziehung der Jin Deng Laterne zu untersuchen. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t von Jinlongdeng das Ergebnis der kombinierten Wirkung mehrerer Komponenten sein k\u00f6nnte. Unter ihnen sind die charakteristischen Peaks, die signifikant zur antibakteriellen Aktivit\u00e4t beitragen (Korrelation \u2265 0,85), alle aus Saccharosefetts\u00e4ureestern zusammengesetzt, was darauf hindeutet, dass diese Komponenten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur antibakteriellen Aktivit\u00e4t von Jinlongdeng leisten.<\/p>\n<p>In der Vergangenheit konzentrierte sich die Forschung zu Jinlongdeng vor allem auf die komplexe chemische Struktur und die bedeutende biologische Aktivit\u00e4t von sauren Bitterstoffen, w\u00e4hrend die Untersuchung von Saccharosefetts\u00e4ureestern vernachl\u00e4ssigt wurde. Die strukturellen Merkmale von Saccharosefetts\u00e4ureester-Komponenten bestehen darin, dass Saccharose als Stammkern dient und mit einem oder mehreren Fetts\u00e4urekettenfragmenten durch Esterbindungen verbunden ist. Die moderne pharmakologische Forschung hat gezeigt, dass diese Art von Verbindungen bedeutende antibakterielle, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, hypoglyk\u00e4mische, antitumorale, insektizide und andere Aktivit\u00e4ten aufweist. Gleichzeitig haben Saccharosefetts\u00e4ureester eine gute biologische Abbaubarkeit und gute toxikologische Eigenschaften, so dass ihre Anwendungsperspektiven breit gef\u00e4chert sind und unserer Aufmerksamkeit bed\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass in dieser Studie das Fingerabdruck-Spektrum des Extrakts von Lonicera japonica erfolgreich erstellt und zum ersten Mal die spektrale Wirkungsbeziehung untersucht wurde. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Saccharosefetts\u00e4ureester-Komponenten in hohem Ma\u00dfe mit der antibakteriellen Aktivit\u00e4t von Lonicera japonica korreliert waren. Aufgrund ihrer einzigartigen Struktur war es in diesem Versuch jedoch nicht m\u00f6glich, eine eingehende Analyse ihrer Struktur mittels Massenspektrometrie durchzuf\u00fchren. In Zukunft wird diese Art von Komponente in Jin Deng isoliert und gereinigt werden, um ihre antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.
