Forsythia suspensa wird h\u00e4ufig in der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin verwendet und hat pharmakologische Wirkungen wie antibakterielle, entz\u00fcndungshemmende und krebsbek\u00e4mpfende Eigenschaften. Je nach Reife und Erntezeitpunkt der Fr\u00fcchte kann Forsythia suspensa in gr\u00fcnen Forsythiae Fructus (GF) und reifen Forsythiae Fructus (RF) unterteilt werden. Je nach den klimatischen Bedingungen wird GF in der Regel von Ende Juli bis Anfang September geerntet, wenn die Fr\u00fcchte fast reif, aber noch gr\u00fcn sind und die meisten GF-Fr\u00fcchte noch nicht geplatzt sind. RF wird in der Regel im Oktober geerntet, wenn die Fr\u00fcchte voll ausgereift sind, eine gelbe Farbe haben und aufgesprungen sind. Nach der Ausgabe 2020 des Arzneibuchs der Volksrepublik China werden sowohl GF als auch RF in ihren Anwendungen als Forsythia suspensa bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Forsythia suspensa ist in China weit verbreitet. Nach dem historischen Erwerb von Forsythia suspensa-Ressourcen entfallen auf die Provinzen Shanxi, Henan und Shaanxi 40%, 30% bzw. 20% des Gesamtangebots. Forsythia suspensa-Ressourcen sind auch in den Provinzen Anhui und Hubei verbreitet. Forsythia suspensa ist zumeist eine Wildpflanze, die von den Einheimischen zu einem g\u00fcnstigen Zeitpunkt (Ende Juli bis Anfang September) geerntet wird, um mit der gr\u00fcnen Saison zu konkurrieren. Dieses Ph\u00e4nomen f\u00fchrt zu einer h\u00f6heren Anzahl von GF auf dem Markt als RF. In den letzten Jahren wurde dem \u00e4therischen \u00d6l von Forsythia suspensa gro\u00dfe Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Jiao et al. entdeckten 21 \u00e4therische \u00d6lverbindungen in Forsythia suspensa, die eine relativ gute antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t aufwiesen. Olefine, Alkohole und Ester sind die Hauptbestandteile des \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls von Forsythia suspensa, die pharmakologische Wirkungen entfalten. Eine quantitative und systematische Bewertung der Auswirkungen von Unterschieden in der Wachstumsumgebung und dem Erntezeitpunkt des \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls von Forsythia suspensa in den Hauptanbaugebieten ist jedoch noch nicht erfolgt. Es lohnt sich, den Einsatz der GC-MS-Technologie zur Analyse der Bestandteile des \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls von Forsythia suspensa in verschiedenen Regionen zu untersuchen, um die umfassende Nutzung von Forsythia suspensa zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>In dieser Studie wurden 13 Chargen von Forsythia suspensa aus f\u00fcnf Provinzen (Hauptanbaugebiete) in China gesammelt und die Bestandteile des \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls mittels GC-MS in Kombination mit Hauptkomponentenanalyse (PCA) und Clusteranalyse (CA) analysiert und bewertet.
