Serotonin geh\u00f6rt zur Klasse der Indol-Chinazolin-Alkaloide und ist einer der Hauptbestandteile der traditionellen antiviralen chinesischen Medizin Radix Isatidis und der fiebersenkenden chinesischen Medizin Indigo Naturae sowie von Heilpflanzen wie Indigo, Waid und Polygonum. Es kann auch in den Metaboliten bestimmter Mikroorganismen nachgewiesen werden. Moderne pharmakologische Studien haben gezeigt, dass Serotonin verschiedene pharmakologische Wirkungen hat, z. B. antitumorale, antibakterielle, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antivirale und kardiovaskul\u00e4re Wirkungen. Serotonin hat einen hohen medizinischen Wert bei der Behandlung von Tumoren, bakteriellen Infektionen, entz\u00fcndlichen Sch\u00e4den, Virusinvasionen und anderen Bereichen bewiesen, so dass es im Mittelpunkt der Aufmerksamkeit vieler Wissenschaftler steht. Sowohl Zytotoxizit\u00e4tstests als auch Toxizit\u00e4tstests an M\u00e4usen haben seine gute Sicherheit best\u00e4tigt. In dieser \u00dcbersichtsarbeit wird die einschl\u00e4gige Literatur \u00fcber Serotonin systematisch durchgesehen und der Forschungsfortschritt in Bezug auf die Quellen, die pharmakologischen Wirkungen, die pharmakokinetischen Eigenschaften, die Toxizit\u00e4t und andere Aspekte von Serotonin umfassend analysiert. Ziel ist es, aktuellere und umfassendere Informationen f\u00fcr die eingehende Untersuchung des Wirkmechanismus von Serotonin bereitzustellen und letztlich neue Ideen f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Serotonin-Medikamenten in der klinischen Praxis zu liefern.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5240\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-129.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"359\" height=\"238\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5241\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-116.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"775\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-116.png 775w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-116-768x421.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 775px) 100vw, 775px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5242\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/3-110.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"766\" height=\"391\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5243\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-98.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"751\" height=\"235\" \/><br \/>\nSerotonin hat ein breites Spektrum an nat\u00fcrlichen Quellen und kann aus Heilpflanzen wie Indigo, F\u00e4rberwaid und Polygonum isoliert werden. Es hat sich best\u00e4tigt, dass Serotonin ein nachgereiftes Produkt ist, dessen Synthese nicht enzymatisch erfolgt. Serotonin ist auch ein Sekund\u00e4rmetabolit bestimmter Mikroorganismen wie Candida lipolytica, Schizophyllum und marine Streptomyces. Der Gehalt an Serotoninketon in der Natur ist jedoch sehr gering, und es gibt Probleme wie umst\u00e4ndliche Extraktionsverfahren, zeitaufw\u00e4ndige Trennverfahren und geringe Extraktionsraten. Daher ist die chemische Synthese von Serotonin derzeit ein wichtiges Forschungsthema, und Indigokarmin und Indigokarmins\u00e4ureglykosid sind h\u00e4ufig verwendete synthetische Materialien. Im Vergleich zur direkten Gewinnung von Serotonin aus Pflanzen hat die k\u00fcnstliche Synthese die Ausbeute an Serotonin erh\u00f6ht, aber der Syntheseweg ist komplizierter und die Reaktionsbedingungen sind anspruchsvoller, was nur f\u00fcr die Synthese im kleinen Ma\u00dfstab im Labor geeignet ist. Wenn eine Produktion in gro\u00dfem Ma\u00dfstab angestrebt wird, m\u00fcssen einfachere und kosteng\u00fcnstigere k\u00fcnstliche Synthesemethoden und -verfahren erforscht werden. Die biomimetische Synthese von Serotonin-Keton kann eine zuk\u00fcnftige Forschungsrichtung sein.<\/p>\n<p>Zahlreiche pharmakologische Experimente haben gezeigt, dass Serotonin gute biologische Aktivit\u00e4ten wie entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antibakterielle, antitumorale und antivirale Wirkungen usw. hat und eine geringe Toxizit\u00e4t und Nebenwirkungen aufweist. Die pharmakologischen Wirkungen von Serotonin und seine leichte Absorption im Darm er\u00f6ffnen ihm breite Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten in der Pr\u00e4vention und Behandlung von Krankheiten. Die derzeitigen Berichte \u00fcber Serotonin-Keton beschr\u00e4nken sich jedoch auf In-vitro- oder Tierversuche, die nur begrenzt aussagekr\u00e4ftig sind. F\u00fcr die Zukunft sind ausreichende Daten aus klinischen Versuchen erforderlich, um diese zu untermauern.
