Sie ist haupts\u00e4chlich in Guizhou, Sichuan, Xizang, Yunnan, Guangxi und anderen Orten in China verbreitet und wird auch in Myanmar, Thailand und Indien angepflanzt. Huangjianghua, auch bekannt als Grasfrucht, ist eine lokale Spezialit\u00e4t in Bijie, Guizhou. Bestehende Forschungen haben gezeigt, dass die Rhizome von Ingwerbl\u00fcten verschiedene pharmakologische Wirkungen haben, wie z. B. entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antibakterielle, antimykotische, krebshemmende, insektizide und enzymhemmende Aktivit\u00e4ten. Die Bl\u00fcten des Huangjianghua k\u00f6nnen als W\u00fcrzmittel f\u00fcr Lebensmittel verwendet werden und haben ein reiches und fl\u00fcchtiges Aroma. Um eingelegten Produkten einen kr\u00e4ftigen und wohlriechenden Geschmack zu verleihen, werden sie h\u00e4ufig gehackten Paprika und Chilisauce zugesetzt. Die Voruntersuchungen der Forschungsgruppe haben gezeigt, dass das \u00e4therische \u00d6l des Huangjianghua sowohl in vitro als auch in vivo eine signifikante entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung hat. Gegenw\u00e4rtig gibt es in China relativ wenig Forschung \u00fcber die Huangjiang-Blume, und es gibt keine Berichte \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung und die pharmakologische Aktivit\u00e4t ihrer nichtfl\u00fcchtigen Substanzen. Daher werden in diesem Versuch haupts\u00e4chlich die chemische Zusammensetzung, die antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t, die Enzymhemmung und die entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung des Radikale fangende, immunst\u00e4rkende, antibakterielle und entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkungen, verbessern das Herz-Kreislauf-System, sch\u00fctzen die Leber, wirken gegen die Alterung, senken die Blutfettwerte, wirken gegen Krebs und andere Wirkungen. Der Gesamtgehalt an Phenols\u00e4uren und Flavonoiden im Huangjiang-Bl\u00fctenextrakt ist jedoch relativ hoch, so dass er als reiche Quelle f\u00fcr Phenole und Flavonoide genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt wurden 58 Verbindungen im Extrakt der Huangjiang-Bl\u00fcten identifiziert, darunter 11 phenolische Verbindungen und 18 Flavonoidverbindungen. Der Extrakt aus Huangjiang-Bl\u00fcten hat eine gute antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t gegen freie DPPH- und ABTS-Radikale, insbesondere einen starken Fangeffekt f\u00fcr freie DPPH-Radikale. In fr\u00fcheren Studien wurde festgestellt, dass der Gesamtgehalt an Phenolen und Flavonoiden in Pflanzenextrakten positiv mit ihrer F\u00e4higkeit, DPPH- und ABTS-Radikale abzufangen, korreliert ist. Daher ist die starke antioxidative Kapazit\u00e4t des Ingwerbl\u00fctenextrakts eng mit seinem hohen Gesamtgehalt an Phenols\u00e4ure und Flavonoiden verbunden.<br \/>\nSowohl der Ethanolextrakt als auch der Wasserextrakt von Huangjianghua k\u00f6nnen die \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Sekretion von pro-inflammatorischen Mediatoren (NO und PGE2) und Zytokinen (TNF-\u03b1, IL-6 und IL-1-\u03b2) in RAW264.7-Zellen signifikant reduzieren, wobei der Ethanolextrakt eine bessere entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung zeigt. Forschungsberichten zufolge hat Kiefernrindenaldehyd eine gute entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung und kann entz\u00fcndliche Sch\u00e4den reduzieren; Isoquercitrin kann die \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Produktion von TNF-\u03b1, NO, iNOS und COX-2 hemmen; Quercetin kann die Freisetzung der entz\u00fcndlichen Zytokine TNF-\u03b1 und IL-1-\u03b2 reduzieren; Duftblatt-Lignin hat entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkungen. Die oben genannten Verbindungen kommen nur im Alkoholextrakt vor, was der Grund f\u00fcr die bessere entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung des Alkoholextrakts des Huangjianghua sein k\u00f6nnte. Dar\u00fcber hinaus enthalten beide Extrakte Vanillin, das entz\u00fcndungshemmend wirkt; Vanillins\u00e4ure kann die Produktion von Zytokinen hemmen und wird zur Behandlung von Entz\u00fcndungen eingesetzt; Qiyeting kann die Synthese von Entz\u00fcndungsmediatoren hemmen und Entz\u00fcndungsreaktionen lindern; Vitinin II kann die Produktion der Zytokine TNF-\u03b1, IL-6 und IL-1-\u03b2 hemmen. Die entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung des Huangjianghua-Extrakts k\u00f6nnte also mit der biologischen Aktivit\u00e4t der darin enthaltenen phenolischen und flavonoiden Verbindungen zusammenh\u00e4ngen.<br \/>\nZusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass die Wasser- und Alkoholextrakte von Huangjianghua einen hohen Gehalt an phenolischen und flavonoiden Verbindungen enthalten, die eine gute antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t und bestimmte Enzyme hemmen k\u00f6nnen und gleichzeitig eine gute entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung haben.
