Der optimale Extraktionsprozess f\u00fcr PLAP wurde durch Einzelfaktor- und Response-Surface-Experimente ermittelt: Fl\u00fcssigkeits-zu-Material-Verh\u00e4ltnis von 1:50g\/ml, NaOH-Konzentration von 0,25mmol\/L, Extraktionszeit von 110min und PLAP-Extraktionsrate von (11,80 \u00b1 0,50)% unter diesen Bedingungen; PLAP hat eine gute antioxidative Kapazit\u00e4t, mit IC50-Werten von 0.18, 3,22 und 12,38 mg\/ml f\u00fcr ABTS-Radikale, Hydroxylradikale bzw. DPPH-Radikale; Das Experiment zur Antitumoraktivit\u00e4t zeigte, dass PLAP eine gewisse hemmende Wirkung auf die Proliferation von A549- und HepG2-Zellen hat, die beide einen signifikanten Dosiseffekt (P&lt;0,05) aufweisen.
