Die moderne Forschung zeigt, dass Arctium lappa wegen seiner verschiedenen pharmakologischen Wirkungen, wie entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antitumorale, antidiabetische Nephropathie, Immunregulierung, Antivirus, hypoglyk\u00e4mische, harntreibende und abf\u00fchrende Wirkungen, umfassend untersucht wurde. Die derzeitige Forschung zu den Wirkstoffen von Klettenwurzeln konzentriert sich jedoch haupts\u00e4chlich auf Lignane, w\u00e4hrend Polysaccharide, die zu den Hauptbestandteilen der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin auf Fruchtbasis geh\u00f6ren, in Klettenwurzeln weniger untersucht worden sind. Entz\u00fcndungen sind die erste Verteidigungslinie des k\u00f6rpereigenen Immunsystems und eine nat\u00fcrliche Schutzreaktion des K\u00f6rpers. Langfristige und chronische Entz\u00fcndungen k\u00f6nnen jedoch zum Auftreten von Krankheiten wie Fieber, Asthma, Arteriosklerose, Arthritis, neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen und sogar Krebs f\u00fchren. Gegenw\u00e4rtig konzentriert sich die Behandlung von Entz\u00fcndungen haupts\u00e4chlich auf steroidale und nichtsteroidale entz\u00fcndungshemmende Medikamente, die jedoch nicht \u00fcber einen langen Zeitraum hinweg eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen, da sie Nebenwirkungen wie Bluthochdruck, Osteoporose, Immunsuppression, h\u00e4morrhagische Gastritis, obere Magen-Darm-Geschw\u00fcre, Hepatotoxizit\u00e4t, Allergien usw. verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Daher ist es dringend erforderlich, eine sichere und wirksame neue Arzneimittelquelle zu entwickeln. In den letzten Jahren haben nat\u00fcrliche Polysaccharide aufgrund ihrer Sicherheit, Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und guten entz\u00fcndungshemmenden Wirkung gro\u00dfe Beachtung gefunden.<br \/>\nDaher wurde in dieser Studie auf der Grundlage der Untersuchung von Einzelfaktorbedingungen die Box-Behnken-Methode in der Reaktionsfl\u00e4che angewandt, um einen dreifaktoriellen dreistufigen Versuchsplan durchzuf\u00fchren. Auf der Grundlage der Extraktionsrate von Klettenwurzel-Polysacchariden wurde die optimale Zusammensetzung f\u00fcr den Extraktionsprozess von Klettenwurzel-Polysacchariden ermittelt. Auf dieser Grundlage wird ein dreifaktorieller kombinierter Versuchsplan mit Box Behnken durchgef\u00fchrt. Entsprechend der tats\u00e4chlichen Extraktionsrate der Klette-Samen-Polysaccharide werden die optimalen Extraktionsbedingungen f\u00fcr Klette-Samen-Polysaccharide ermittelt (Fest-Fl\u00fcssig-Verh\u00e4ltnis=1:15g\/ml, Extraktionszeit 3h, Extraktionstemperatur 80 \u2103). Bei der Untersuchung des Wirkmechanismus verschiedener Konzentrationen von Klettsamenpolysacchariden bei zellul\u00e4ren Entz\u00fcndungen wurde festgestellt, dass Klettsamenpolysaccharide die Sekretion von TNF-\u03b1 und IL-6 im \u00dcberstand von RAW 264.7-Zellen, die durch LPS induziert werden, hemmen k\u00f6nnen und eine immunregulatorische Rolle spielen k\u00f6nnen, indem sie relevante Proteine auf dem TLR4\/MyD88\/NF-\u03ba B-Weg regulieren.
