T. Wang und macht etwa 30% des Trockengewichts der Triebe aus. Es hat antioxidative, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antivirale, krebshemmende, antibakterielle, erm\u00fcdungshemmende, angstl\u00f6sende, blutzuckersenkende, lebersch\u00fctzende, kardioprotektive, Alzheimer- und Asthma-lindernde Wirkungen.<br \/>\nDHM weist eine gute Sicherheit auf. Tests zur akuten oralen Toxizit\u00e4t, Tests zur Langzeittoxizit\u00e4t und Tests zur Genotoxizit\u00e4t wurden an Ratten und M\u00e4usen durchgef\u00fchrt, die allesamt negativ ausfielen. Die Stabilit\u00e4t von DHM ist deutlich schw\u00e4cher als die anderer Flavonoide, da es 6 Hydroxylgruppen aufweist, insbesondere die Hydroxylgruppe des B-Rings, die leicht oxidiert wird. Ein PH-Wert \u2265 9, hohe Temperaturen und Lichteinwirkung k\u00f6nnen die Oxidation von DHM beschleunigen, was seine Anwendung stark einschr\u00e4nkt. Die L\u00f6slichkeit von DHM in Wasser bei 25 \u2103 betr\u00e4gt 263,54 mg\/L, und durch Erhitzen kann seine Wasserl\u00f6slichkeit verbessert werden. In einem simulierten Verdauungssystem zeigt DHM bei einem pH-Wert von 6,8 einen pseudokinetischen Abbau erster Ordnung zu Nicht-Flavonoid-Verbindungen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird der pH-Wert als der Hauptgrund f\u00fcr die schlechte Stabilit\u00e4t von DHM im Magen-Darm-Trakt angesehen, was zu seiner schlechten Bioverf\u00fcgbarkeit f\u00fchrt. Um seine antitumorale, antibakterielle, antivirale, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antioxidative und neuroprotektive Wirkung zu verst\u00e4rken, haben Forscher umfangreiche experimentelle Studien \u00fcber DHM durchgef\u00fchrt und bestimmte Forschungsergebnisse erzielt. Bei der k\u00fcnftigen Strukturmodifikation k\u00f6nnen sich die Modifikationsstellen auf Folgendes konzentrieren: \u2460 Modifikation des A-Rings von Dihydromyricetin durch Friedel-Crafts- oder Mannich-Reaktionen, um verschiedene Gruppen an C-6- oder 8-Positionen einzuf\u00fchren, und dann Splei\u00dfen mit bestehenden Medikamenten, um Zwillingsmedikamente zu bilden; \u2461 Klassische Modifizierungsmethoden k\u00f6nnen verwendet werden, um Veretherungs- oder Veresterungsreaktionen an verschiedenen Hydroxylgruppen durchzuf\u00fchren, aber es sollte besonders auf die Konformations\u00e4nderungen der modifizierten Produkte geachtet werden.
