Die am h\u00e4ufigsten berichteten Bestandteile der Schwarzen Medizin sind Furansesquiterpene und ihre Laktone, zu denen vor allem der Eukalyptoltyp, der Campherantyp, der Gibberellintyp und der Guaiaceaetyp geh\u00f6ren. In diesem Versuch wurden vier Sesquiterpene aus dem Alkoholextrakt von schwarzen Heilpflanzen der Gattung Piper aus der Familie der Camphoraceae isoliert. Die Hauptskelettstrukturen der Sesquiterpene sind vom Camphoran-Typ und vom Eucalyptol-Typ. Bei den Verbindungen 1-3 handelt es sich um neue Verbindungen, und Verbindung 4 wurde zum ersten Mal aus der Familie der Camphoraceae isoliert. Mit Hilfe von quantenmechanischen Techniken wie DP4+Machbarkeitsanalyse wurde die relative Konfiguration von Verbindung 1 weiter bestimmt, und mit CP3 wurde die relative Konfiguration eines Paares von Diastereomeren 2 und 3 bestimmt.
