Nach dem Arzneibuch der Volksrepublik China geh\u00f6ren zu den pharmakologischen Wirkungen von Ingwer vor allem die Linderung \u00e4u\u00dferer Hitze und das Vertreiben von K\u00e4lte, die Erw\u00e4rmung und das Stoppen von \u00dcbelkeit. \u00c4therische \u00d6le sind komplexe lipophile nat\u00fcrliche Mischungen fl\u00fcchtiger Bestandteile, die in aromatischen Pflanzen vorkommen. Das \u00e4therische \u00d6l von Ingwer ist reich an Sesquiterpenen und enth\u00e4lt fast keine Substanzen mit hohem Siedepunkt. Es hat antibakterielle, antioxidative und entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkungen, kann den Cholesterinspiegel senken, Tumoren vorbeugen und behandeln und hat daher ein hohes Anwendungspotenzial in den Bereichen Medizin, Kosmetik und Lebensmittel.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den Extraktionsmethoden f\u00fcr \u00e4therisches Ingwer\u00f6l geh\u00f6ren haupts\u00e4chlich Wasserdampfdestillation, Extraktion mit organischen L\u00f6sungsmitteln, \u00fcberkritische CO2-Extraktion, ultraschallunterst\u00fctzte Destillation usw. Das mit verschiedenen Methoden extrahierte \u00e4therische \u00d6l weist Unterschiede in der Ausbeute und der chemischen Zusammensetzung auf. In diesem Artikel werden die Wasserdampfdestillation (SD), die ultraschallunterst\u00fctzte Wasserdampfdestillation (UASD), die ultraschallmikrowellenunterst\u00fctzte Wasserdampfdestillation (UMASD) und die ultraschallenzymatische synergistische Wasserdampfdestillation (UEASD) zur Extraktion \u00e4therischer \u00d6le verwendet. In Verbindung mit den Ergebnissen der Rasterelektronenmikroskopie wurden die Auswirkungen der Vorbehandlung, der Ultraschall-, der Ultraschall-Mikrowellen- und der Ultraschall-Enzym-Synergie-Behandlung auf die Ausbeute an \u00e4therischen \u00d6len untersucht. Auswahl der Methode mit der h\u00f6chsten Ausbeute an \u00e4therischen \u00d6len zur Prozessoptimierung und Bestimmung des optimalen Extraktionsprozesses. Die fl\u00fcchtigen Bestandteile von Yuexi Xiaohuangjiang wurden mittels GC-MS unter Verwendung von Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction (HS-SPME) und UEASD-Methoden analysiert und bestimmt, was als Referenz f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung und die damit verbundene Forschung von \u00e4therischem Xiaohuangjiang-\u00d6l in der Zukunft dienen soll.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Xiaohuangjiang bestimmt, um eine Referenz f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung und Nutzung des Ingwers sowie einen horizontalen Vergleich zwischen den Ingwersorten zu erhalten. Die SD-Methode, die UASD-Methode, die UMASD-Methode und die UEASD-Methode wurden zur Extraktion des \u00e4therischen \u00d6ls aus Ingwer verwendet, wobei die Ausbeute an \u00e4therischem \u00d6l 2,18%, 2,54%, 2,47% bzw. 3,28% betrug. Durch rasterelektronenmikroskopische Beobachtung wurden die Auswirkungen der verschiedenen Extraktionsmethoden auf die Mikrostruktur des Ingwers analysiert und verglichen. Die UEASD-Methode mit der h\u00f6chsten Ausbeute an \u00e4therischem \u00d6l wurde optimiert, und unter dem optimalen Prozess stieg die Ausbeute an \u00e4therischem \u00d6l um 50,46%, 29,13% bzw. 32,79% im Vergleich zu den anderen drei Methoden. Die Extraktionsmethoden HS-SPME und UEASD wurden f\u00fcr die GC-MS-Analyse von Ingwer verwendet. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die UEASD-Extraktionsmethode mehr fl\u00fcchtige Komponenten lieferte als die HS-SPME-Extraktionsmethode, und es gab auch Unterschiede im Gehalt der gleichen Komponente.
