Studie \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung und biologische Aktivit\u00e4t der festen Fermentationsprodukte von Vanisan Yellow
\nSanghuang ist ein allgemeiner Begriff f\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe Klasse von hartporigen Pilzen, die nach ihrem Wachstum auf Maulbeerbaumst\u00e4mmen und ihren gelbbraunen Fruchtk\u00f6rpern benannt sind. Der Sanghuang ist ein ber\u00fchmter traditioneller Heilpilz in China, und seine fr\u00fcheste medizinische Verwendung l\u00e4sst sich auf das \"Shennong Bencao Jing\" zur\u00fcckf\u00fchren, in dem er als \"Sanghuang-Ohr\" beschrieben wird. Es wird zur Behandlung von Kollaps und Durchfall bei Frauen sowie zur Behandlung von Fieber bei M\u00e4nnern und auch zur Behandlung von Blutstau und rotem Blut verwendet. Da es eine Vielzahl von gro\u00dfporigen Bakterien mit \u00e4hnlicher Farbe und H\u00e4rte gibt, ist es schwierig, sie vom Aussehen her zu unterscheiden, so dass die Artbestimmung von Sanghuang lange Zeit sehr umstritten war. Im Vergleich zu anderen Sorten hat Vanisan Sanghuang einen h\u00f6heren Gehalt an Wirkstoffen, ein breites Spektrum an biologischen Aktivit\u00e4ten und den Vorteil, dass er sich leicht k\u00fcnstlich kultivieren l\u00e4sst, was ihn zu einer der am meisten kommerziell verf\u00fcgbaren Sorten macht.
\nDie moderne Forschung zeigt, dass Phellinus igniarius eine Vielzahl von biologischen Aktivit\u00e4ten hat, wie z. B. entz\u00fcndungshemmende und antioxidative Eigenschaften, Anti-Tumor- und Immunregulierung, Anti-Diabetes, Leberschutz und Neuroprotektion. Sie ist eine potenzielle Quelle f\u00fcr funktionelle Lebensmittel und therapeutische Arzneimittel. Gegenw\u00e4rtig konzentriert sich die Forschung \u00fcber die Wirkstoffe von Vanisan Yellow haupts\u00e4chlich auf den Fruchtk\u00f6rper, und es gibt relativ wenig Forschung \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung der festen Fermentationsprodukte. Daher untersuchte dieses Experiment die chemischen Komponenten in den festen Fermentationsprodukten von Vanisan Yellow durch systematische Trennungsmethoden und bewertete die in vitro antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t, Xanthinoxidase und \u03b1-Glucosidase hemmende Aktivit\u00e4t der erhaltenen Verbindungen, was eine wissenschaftliche Grundlage f\u00fcr die weitere Entwicklung von Vanisan Yellow darstellt.<\/p>\n

\nPolyphenole, Terpene, Polysaccharide und andere Substanzen in Sanghuang-Pilzen sind reich an pharmakologischen Wirkungen und haben ein breites Anwendungspotenzial. Die Literaturrecherche hat jedoch ergeben, dass sich die Forschung \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung von Sanghuang haupts\u00e4chlich auf den Fruchtk\u00f6rper konzentriert, w\u00e4hrend es relativ wenig Forschung \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung von Sanghuang aus Fermentationsquellen gibt. Daher wurden in diesem Experiment 17 Verbindungen aus dem festen Fermentationsprodukt von Vanisan Yellow isoliert und ihre antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t, \u03b1-Glucosidase-Hemmaktivit\u00e4t und Xanthinoxidase-Hemmaktivit\u00e4t in vitro untersucht. Die Verbindungen 1-9 wurden zum ersten Mal aus Vanisan Yellow isoliert und geh\u00f6ren zu den Iononderivaten. In den oben genannten Experimenten zum Aktivit\u00e4tsscreening zeigten nur die Verbindungen 7-9 eine schwache Hemmung der \u03b1-Glucosidase. Die Verbindungen 10-13 weisen hohe Entfernungsraten f\u00fcr ABTS-, DPPH- und Hydroxylradikale auf, was auf ihre ausgezeichnete antioxidative In-vitro-Aktivit\u00e4t hinweist. Die Verbindungen 10 und 13 geh\u00f6ren zu den niedermolekularen Phenols\u00e4uren, w\u00e4hrend die Verbindungen 11 und 12 typische Styrol-\u03b1-Pyranon-Derivate der Sanghuang-Phenole sind, was darauf hindeutet, dass die antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t der Verbindungen 10-13 auf die phenolischen Hydroxylgruppen in ihrer Struktur zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist. Die Verbindungen 10 und 11 zeigten auch eine gute hemmende Wirkung auf die Xanthinoxidase, w\u00e4hrend Verbindung 17 eine gute hemmende Wirkung auf die Alpha-Glucosidase aufwies. Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass diese Studie die chemische Zusammensetzung der festen Fermentationsprodukte von Vanisan Yellow bereichert und damit den Grundstein f\u00fcr ihre Entwicklung und Nutzung gelegt hat.
