Nach dem \"Compendium of Materia Medica\" k\u00f6nnen die Wurzeln, St\u00e4ngel, Bl\u00e4tter und der ganze K\u00f6rper des Yanfu-Holzes als Medizin zur Behandlung und Vorbeugung von Krankheiten wie Durchfall, Dysenterie, Koliken, Hepatitis usw. verwendet werden. Gegenw\u00e4rtig wird die Abkochung der Yanfu-Wurzeln in der klinischen Praxis haupts\u00e4chlich zur Behandlung von koronaren Herzerkrankungen, Angina pectoris, Lungenabszessen und chronischem Durchfall bei Kindern eingesetzt. Die Forschung hat herausgefunden, dass die chemische Zusammensetzung von Rhus chinensis haupts\u00e4chlich aus Lignin, Flavonoiden, Phenolen, Triterpenen usw. besteht. Derzeit konzentriert sich die Forschung haupts\u00e4chlich auf die Wurzeln von Rhus chinensis, w\u00e4hrend die Bl\u00e4tter von Rhus chinensis kaum erforscht sind. Nach den vorliegenden Forschungsberichten wurden nur 13 Verbindungen, darunter 6 Flavonoide, 4 Phenols\u00e4uren und 3 Triterpene, aus den Bl\u00e4ttern von Saltwood isoliert. Der Ethylacetat-Extrakt aus den Bl\u00e4ttern von Saltwood zeigte eine gute antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t, und es wurde festgestellt, dass die Polyphenole die wichtigsten aktiven Bestandteile sind. Die Verbindungen 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 13 und 15 wurden zum ersten Mal aus Salzrindenholzpflanzen isoliert. Die Ergebnisse der In-vitro-Experimente zur antioxidativen Aktivit\u00e4t zeigten, dass die Verbindungen 9, 10, 11 und 14 eine gute F\u00e4ngeraktivit\u00e4t gegen freie DPPH- und ABTS-Radikale aufwiesen, w\u00e4hrend Verbindung 6 eine gute F\u00e4ngeraktivit\u00e4t gegen freie ABTS-Radikale zeigte. Unter ihnen hatten die Verbindungen 9 und 10 die st\u00e4rkste Radikalf\u00e4ngeraktivit\u00e4t, st\u00e4rker als die Positivkontrolle VC. Eine weitere Analyse der Strukturen der Verbindungen mit antioxidativer Aktivit\u00e4t ergab, dass es sich bei Verbindung 11 um Lignin handelt, w\u00e4hrend die \u00fcbrigen Verbindungen 6, 9, 10 und 14 zu den polyphenolischen Verbindungen geh\u00f6ren. Daher wird vermutet, dass die polyphenolischen Verbindungen die Hauptwirkstoffe der antioxidativen In-vitro-Aktivit\u00e4t der Salzrindenbl\u00e4tter sind.
