Mit der Verbesserung des modernen Lebensstandards und der Ver\u00e4nderung des Lebensstils ist Diabetes nach Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen und Tumoren zum drittwichtigsten Faktor f\u00fcr die menschliche Gesundheit geworden. Bis 2021 wird es in China 140 Millionen Diabetespatienten geben, und die Gesamtzahl der Diabetespatienten in der Welt wird 537 Millionen erreichen, was 10,5% der Weltbev\u00f6lkerung entspricht. Diabetes schadet der menschlichen Gesundheit nicht nur an sich, sondern verursacht auch eine Reihe von Komplikationen wie Arterienverkalkung, Diabetes-Fu\u00dfkrankheit, Sehverlust und sogar Erblindung durch Sehnervensch\u00e4den. Daher ist die Verringerung des oxidativen Stresses von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4vention und Kontrolle von Diabetes und seinen Komplikationen.<br \/>\nMoutan Cortex (MC), die getrocknete Wurzelrinde der Pfingstrose aus der Familie der Hahnenfu\u00dfgew\u00e4chse (Ranunculaceae), hat einen bitteren und leicht scharfen Geschmack. Es handelt sich um ein traditionelles chinesisches Heilkraut mit hitzel\u00f6sender und durchblutungsf\u00f6rdernder Wirkung, das bereits seit Tausenden von Jahren verwendet wird. Die Studie ergab, dass der Extrakt der Paeonia eine Vielzahl pharmakologischer Aktivit\u00e4ten hat, wie z.B. Anti-Tumor, antibakteriell, antioxidativ, Anti-Diabetes und andere Eigenschaften, unter denen Paeonol, Phytosterole, Zucker und Flavonoide die wichtigsten Wirkstoffe sind. Zhang et al. fanden heraus, dass Paeonol eine signifikante antioxidative Kapazit\u00e4t in vitro besitzt und oxidativen Stress durch die Aktivierung des Nuclear Factor E2 Related Factor 2 (Nrf2)\/Kelch Like ECH Associated Protein 1 (Keap1) - Antioxidant Response Element (ARE) Signalweges (Nrf2\/Keap1-ARE) induzieren kann. Lian et al. fanden heraus, dass die aktive Polysaccharid-Komponente in Kortex-Moutan die Nephropathie von Diabetes-Komplikationen verbessern kann. In dieser Arbeit wurden die Anti-Diabetes- und Antioxidantien-Aktivit\u00e4ten von Ultraschallextrakten aus verschiedenen Konzentrationen der Ethanoll\u00f6sung von Cortex Moutan verglichen und das Anwendungspotenzial von Cortex Moutan bei der Diabetesbek\u00e4mpfung analysiert. Die Forschung hat gezeigt, dass bei Verwendung von 70% Ethanol als L\u00f6sungsmittel die Ausbeute 4,98% betr\u00e4gt. Der Danpi-Extrakt hat den h\u00f6chsten Gesamtgehalt an Phenolen und Flavonoiden, mit 59,17 mg GAE\/g bzw. 82,59 mg QUE\/g. Er hat eine gute antioxidative und hypoglyk\u00e4mische In-vitro-Aktivit\u00e4t. Die IC50-Werte f\u00fcr die F\u00e4higkeit, freie DPPH-Radikale und ABTS-Radikale zu fangen, und die F\u00e4higkeit, \u03b1-Glucosidase zu hemmen, liegen bei 16,30, 34,20 bzw. 2,10 \u03bc g\/mL, und die Glykosylierungshemmungsrate betr\u00e4gt 81,44%. Durch Experimente an einem hyperglyk\u00e4mischen Tiermodell wurde au\u00dferdem nachgewiesen, dass MC70 den Blutzuckerspiegel senkt; bei einer Konzentration des Danpi-Extrakts von 2 mg\/ml betr\u00e4gt die zus\u00e4tzliche hypoglyk\u00e4mische Wirkung 52%, und MC70 hat bei dieser Konzentration eine periphere motorische neuroprotektive Wirkung von 56%. Der mit 70% Ethanoll\u00f6sung durch Ultraschall extrahierte Kortex von Moutan hat eine gute antioxidative, antidiabetische und hypoglyk\u00e4mische Wirkung.
