Es ist ein einzigartiges Heilkraut in China, das haupts\u00e4chlich in Zhejiang, Guangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou und anderen Orten verbreitet ist. Diese Heilpflanze wurde erstmals im \"Shennong Bencao Jing\" beschrieben. Es hat eine k\u00fchle Natur, einen bitteren Geschmack und eine geringe Toxizit\u00e4t. Es wirkt hitzel\u00f6send und entgiftend, l\u00f6st Schleim und Kn\u00f6tchen auf und lindert Schmerzen und Schwellungen. Klinisch wird er h\u00e4ufig zur Behandlung von traumatischen Verletzungen, H\u00e4miplegie, Arthralgie, Schlangenbissen, wunden, geschwollenen Stellen, Condyloma acuminatum, epidemischem h\u00e4morrhagischem Fieber, Brustkrebs, Speiser\u00f6hrenkrebs, japanischer Enzephalitis, Lymphadenitis, Mumps und anderen entz\u00fcndlichen Krankheiten eingesetzt. Die Heilpflanze Sternanis enth\u00e4lt haupts\u00e4chlich aromatische Naphthalin-Lignane und Flavonoide. Bislang wurden 40 Flavonoide isoliert, darunter 14 Flavonoide. Bei den Flavonoiden im Sternanis handelt es sich haupts\u00e4chlich um Polymere von Flavonolen und Dihydroflavonolen, die starke zytotoxische, antioxidative, Acetylcholinesterase- und Neuraminidase-hemmende Wirkungen haben. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, nach neuen nat\u00fcrlichen Antioxidantien zu suchen und die pharmakologische Substanzbasis von Sternanislotus aufzukl\u00e4ren. Zwei neue Isomere von Flavonoiden und eine Flavonoidverbindung wurden isoliert und identifiziert, n\u00e4mlich (+) - Sternanis-Lotus Flavonoide H (1a), (-) - Sternanis-Lotus Flavonoide H (1b), (+) - Sternanis-Lotus Flavonoide I (2a), (-) - Sternanis-Lotus Flavonoide I (2b) und Podoverin F (3). Mit Hilfe des DPPH-Radikalf\u00e4ngertests wurde die antioxidative Aktivit\u00e4t der Verbindungen 1, 1a, 1b, 2, 2a und 2b getestet. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Verbindungen 2, 2a und 2b ein starkes F\u00e4ngerverm\u00f6gen gegen\u00fcber DPPH-Radikalen aufwiesen und st\u00e4rker waren als das positive Medikament Trolox. Studien \u00fcber Struktur-Aktivit\u00e4ts-Beziehungen haben gezeigt, dass die ortho-Dihydroxygruppe am B-Ring eine wesentliche strukturelle Gruppe f\u00fcr Flavonoide ist, um DPPH-Radikale zu fangen.
