Moderne pharmakologische Studien haben gezeigt, dass der Extrakt des endophytischen Pilzes Septoriella phragmitis aus der Huaze-Orchidee antidepressive, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, immunregulierende und antioxidative Wirkungen hat. Zhang et al. isolierten 8 endophytische Pilze aus Hua Zelan und f\u00fchrten in vitro Anti-Tumor-Experimente mit dem Ethylacetat-Extrakt ihrer Fermentationsbr\u00fche durch, doch fehlte es an Untersuchungen zu einzelnen Substanzen. Das Forschungsteam isolierte einen endophytischen Pilz aus den Wurzeln von Huaze Lan, und nach der Stammidentifizierung wurde festgestellt, dass er sich von dem von Zhang Jianfen et al. isolierten endophytischen Pilz unterscheidet und Septoriella phragmitis ist. In der Literatur gibt es derzeit keine Informationen \u00fcber seine Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten. Um die materielle Basis des endophytischen Pilzes Septoriella phragmatis weiter zu untersuchen, wurden in dieser Studie seine chemischen Komponenten isoliert und identifiziert und seine Antidiabetes- und Antitumor-Aktivit\u00e4ten getestet, was eine Referenz f\u00fcr die Suche nach einer hochwirksamen und wenig toxischen Antidiabetes-Leitverbindung und die Entwicklung und Nutzung dieser medizinischen Pilzressource darstellt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3539\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.jpg 854w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640-768x355.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3540\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"472\" height=\"364\" \/>In dieser Studie wurde die chemische Zusammensetzung des Stammes untersucht und 10 Verbindungen, darunter 5 Alkaloide, 4 Phenole und 1 Benzofuran, gewonnen, die alle zum ersten Mal aus dem Stamm isoliert wurden. Au\u00dferdem wurde zum ersten Mal entdeckt, dass Mikroorganismen den Wirkstoff der Pflanze Eupatorium adenophorum - Puerarin - produzieren k\u00f6nnen. Die Ergebnisse der pharmakologischen Aktivit\u00e4tstests zeigten, dass die Verbindungen 6 und 7 eine gute Hemmaktivit\u00e4t gegen Alpha-Glucosidase aufweisen; die Verbindungen 6, 7 und 9 zeigen eine gute PTP1B-Hemmaktivit\u00e4t, und ihre Aktivit\u00e4t ist der des positiven Medikaments Natriumorthovanadat \u00fcberlegen; die Verbindungen 5 und 6 zeigen im Vergleich zu anderen Verbindungen eine gewisse Hemmaktivit\u00e4t gegen die Magenkrebszelllinie HGC-27. Weitere molekulare Docking-Experimente zeigten, dass die Verbindungen 6 und 7 mit Aminos\u00e4ureresten von \u03b1-Glucosidase oder PTP1B-Zielproteinen durch verschiedene Wechselwirkungen wie Wasserstoffbr\u00fcckenbindungen, Hydrophobie, Konjugation usw. interagieren k\u00f6nnen. Bisher wurde in der Literatur noch nicht \u00fcber die Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten des Pilzes Septoriella phragmatis berichtet. In dieser Studie wurden die Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten dieses Stammes zum ersten Mal beschrieben, und einige der gefundenen Verbindungen haben eine hemmende Wirkung auf zwei Ziele gegen Diabetes.
