Karminr\u00f8d, amarantr\u00f8d, fristelsesr\u00f8d, citrongul, solnedgangsgul, lysebl\u00e5 og \u03b2-karoten bruges ofte i f\u00f8devareforarbejdningspigmenter, og de fleste af disse pigmenter har ulemperne ved d\u00e5rlig farvestabilitet, let at falme, og det er vanskeligt at opfylde produktionskravene.
