Maxim De t\u00f8rrede blade af Epimedium pubescens Maxim. eller Epimedium koreanum Nakai fra Korea, fire arter, er medtaget i 2015-udgaven af Folkerepublikken Kinas farmakop\u00e9. Dette l\u00e6gemiddel blev f\u00f8rste gang registreret i \"Shennong Bencao Jing\" og er klassificeret som et f\u00f8rsteklasses l\u00e6gemiddel med mange d\u00e6knavne. Den omtales som \"Gangqian\" i \"Ben Jing\", \"Xianling Pi\" i \"Lei Gong Pao Zhi Lun\" og \"Rihuazi Bencao\" som \"Fang Tiao Cao\", \"Fei Tiao Cao\", \"Qian Liang Jin\", \"Gan Ji Jin\" og \"Huang Lianzu\". Bogen \"Bielu\", \"Treatise on Medicinal Properties\", \"Shu Bencao\" og \"Dian Nan Bencao\" fort\u00e6ller alle, at dens natur er skarp, s\u00f8d og varm, og at den h\u00f8rer til lever- og nyremeridianerne. Den har den virkning, at den tonificerer nyre-yang, styrker sener og knogler og fordriver vind og fugt. Moderne farmakologisk forskning har vist, at Epimedium kan stimulere den seksuelle funktion, forbedre menneskets immunitet, regulere balancen i blod- og iltforsyningen til hjertet, forbedre hjerte- og hjerneisk\u00e6mi og hypoxi, fremme den h\u00e6matopoietiske funktion, forebygge og behandle osteoporose samt have anti-aging, antiviral, anti-tumor, antidepressiv, anti-inflammatorisk og andre virkninger. De kemiske komponenter i Epimedium omfatter flavonoider, lignaner, phenolglykosider, alkaloider, polysaccharider, flygtige olier, sporstoffer, kromogener, phenanthren, anthraquinon, tanniner, sesquiterpener, steroler osv. Blandt dem er flavonoider som icariin, Asahuoding A, Asahuoding B og Asahuoding C de vigtigste aktive ingredienser. Hovedkomponentanalyse er en af de almindeligt anvendte metoder til omfattende evaluering af pr\u00f8veinformation. Dens anvendelse inden for traditionel kinesisk medicin har kompenseret for usikkerheden ved v\u00e6gten af forskellige indikatorer og ulejligheden for\u00e5rsaget af korrelationen mellem visse indikatorer i kvalitetsevalueringen af traditionel kinesisk medicin, hvilket yderligere forbedrer kvalitetsevalueringsmetoden for traditionel kinesisk medicin. If\u00f8lge litteraturgennemgangen fokuserer Epimedium hovedsageligt p\u00e5 forskning i immunregulering, anti-inflammatorisk, anti-aging, anti-tumor og andre aktiviteter. Der er kun lidt forskning i Epimediums nyretonificerende og yang-n\u00e6rende virkninger, s\u00e5 vi foretog en forel\u00f8big unders\u00f8gelse af dens nyretonificerende og yang-n\u00e6rende virkninger. At tilvejebringe et videnskabeligt teoretisk grundlag og et medicinsk fundament for den kliniske anvendelse af Epimedium.<\/p>\n<p>HPLC blev brugt til at bestemme indholdet af fire effektive komponenter, nemlig icariin, icariin A, icariin B og icariin C, i forskellige sorter af Epimedium (tabel 1). Principal komponentanalyse blev brugt til at analysere og evaluere kvaliteten af forskellige sorter af Epimedium, og den beskyttende effekt af Epimedium p\u00e5 nyre yang-mangel hos rotter blev unders\u00f8gt. Fors\u00f8gsdyrene blev tilf\u00e6ldigt inddelt i en kontrolgruppe for Yang-mangel (modelgruppe), en Jin Kui Shen Qi Wan-interventionsgruppe (positiv gruppe) og grupper med lav (125 mg\/kg, YYH-LG), middel (250 mg\/kg, YYH-MG) og h\u00f8j (500 mg\/kg, YYH-HG) dosis af Epimedium. Fire uger senere blev urinsyre (UA), kreatinin (CRE) og urinstofnitrogen (BUN) m\u00e5lt i serum fra nyre-yang.<\/p>\n<p>Resultaterne af hovedkomponentanalysen i denne unders\u00f8gelse viste, at der blev trukket to hovedkomponenter ud af de fire komponenter, hvor den f\u00f8rste hovedkomponent var icariin og chaohuoding C, og den anden hovedkomponent var chaohuoding B. Ved at bruge bidragssatsen til at v\u00e6gte gennemsnittet af hovedkomponenterne og sammenligne scoren for 12 partier af Epimedium-urt blev det konstateret, at 5 partier af pr\u00f8ver havde lavere score, hvilket tyder p\u00e5 forskelle i kvaliteten af de 12 partier af pr\u00f8ver. Denne unders\u00f8gelse valgte Epimedium pilosum med h\u00f8je scorer til den n\u00e6ste forskning i den beskyttende virkning af nyre yang-mangel.<br \/>\nI klinisk praksis, n\u00e5r nyrefunktionen er nedsat, vil niveauerne af UA, CRE og BUN \u00e6ndre sig. I denne unders\u00f8gelse blev rotte nyre yang-mangel induceret af hydrokortison brugt som fors\u00f8gsobjekt, og UA, CRE og BUN blev brugt som detektionsindikatorer. Resultaterne viste, at YYH-LG-gruppen, YYH-MG-gruppen og YYH-HG-gruppen alle kunne reducere niveauerne af UA, CRE og BUN. Samlet set viste YYH-LG-gruppen en god forbedring af forskellige indikatorer og nyreskader.
