Makrofager genkender hovedsageligt receptorer og patogener gennem deres udtrykte m\u00f8nstre og aktiverer relaterede molekyler og opsluger derved patogener.<\/p>\n<p>Autofagi er en proces, der opretholder kroppens hom\u00f8ostase. Den kan opsluge cytoplasmatiske proteiner eller organeller og indkapsle dem i vesikler, som derefter smelter sammen med lysosomer og danner autolysosomer. Disse lysosomer nedbryder det indhold, de indeholder, og opfylder derved cellens metaboliske behov og fornyelsen af visse organeller. Autofagi spiller en vigtig rolle i makrofag-fagocytose, antigenpr\u00e6sentation, regulering af immunrespons og inflammatorisk respons. Faldet i makrofagernes autofagi-funktion kan p\u00e5virke deres fagocytiske funktion. Efter aktivering kan Akt aktivere downstream-proteinet mTOR (fosforyleret) og derved h\u00e6mme autofagi-processen.<\/p>\n<p>Forskningsresultaterne viste, at ekspressionsniveauerne af Atg7- og LC3-proteiner i RAW264.7-makrofager steg, mens ekspressionen af p-AKT og p-mTOR faldt, og fosforyleringsniveauet af AMPK steg. Forskellene i forhold til kontrolgruppen var statistisk signifikante. Ginsengrodekstrakt deltager i formidlingen af autofagi-responsen hos makrofager RAW264.7 gennem flere veje. Autofagi spiller en vigtig rolle i makrofagernes funktion. Ved at regulere autofagi-niveauer gennem autofagi-regulatorer kan effekten af ginsengrod-ekstrakt p\u00e5 makrofagens RAW264.7-funktion forbedres eller neutraliseres.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenfattende kan ginsengrodekstrakt fremme spredningen af makrofager RAW264.7, forbedre dens fagocytiske funktion og \u00f8ge autofaginiveauet af makrofager RAW264.7 gennem AMPK\/mTOR og AKT\/mTOR-signalveje, som er korrelerede.
