Ukrudt kan konkurrere med tetr\u00e6er om g\u00f8dning, vand og v\u00e6kstplads, hvilket p\u00e5virker teudbyttet og -kvaliteten. Glyphosat er et almindeligt systemisk herbicid med h\u00f8j effektivitet, lave omkostninger og et bredt ukrudtsdr\u00e6bende spektrum. I de seneste \u00e5rtier er det blevet brugt i vid udstr\u00e6kning til ukrudtsbek\u00e6mpelse i tehaver. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt har nogle provinser i Kina, f.eks. Fujian og Guizhou, indf\u00f8rt lokale regler for at begr\u00e6nse brugen af glyphosat i tehaver. Dets virkningsmekanisme er at forstyrre den metaboliske vej for plantens shikiminsyre, hvilket p\u00e5virker syntesen af aromatiske aminosyrer og for\u00e5rsager metaboliske forstyrrelser i planter. De relevante eksperimentelle resultater kan bruges som reference for sikkerhedskontrollen af glyphosat i teproduktionens kvalitet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Glyphosat forbliver i teblade i lang tid, og der er risiko for overdreven glyphosatrest og AMPA-biotoksicitet; for det andet kan anvendelsen af glyphosat indirekte forhindre syntesen af komponenter som theanin, theobromin, epicatechingallat og epigallocatechingallat i teblade og \u00e6ndre den samlede m\u00e6ngde og sammens\u00e6tning af frie radikalsyrer, catechiner og alkaloider i teblade, hvilket i sidste ende p\u00e5virker kvaliteten af friske blade. Derudover blev 10 n\u00f8gleforbindelser med signifikante forskelle f\u00f8r og efter glyphosatp\u00e5f\u00f8ring i tetr\u00e6er udvalgt ved hj\u00e6lp af multivariat statistisk analyse. De variable VIP-v\u00e6rdier blev rangeret fra h\u00f8j til lav som f\u00f8lger: theanin, koffein, epigallocatechingallat, glutamin, epigallocatechingallat, epicatechin, arginin, asparaginsyre, glutaminsyre og epigallocatechingallat.
