De er en vigtig komponent i planters mikro\u00f8kologiske systemer. I den langsigtede coevolutionsproces etablerer forskellige endofytiske svampe gradvist et godt symbiotisk forhold til v\u00e6rtsplanter, is\u00e6r endofytiske svampe, der producerer mange aktive metabolitter, som forbedrer v\u00e6rtsplanternes v\u00e6kst og konkurrenceevne. Derfor bliver mange forskere mere og mere interesserede i at studere endofytiske svampe som potentielle producenter af nye bioaktive forbindelser i planter. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er forskellige strukturelle typer af forbindelser som terpener, steroider, alkaloider, flavonoider, fenoler osv. blevet isoleret fra endofytiske svampekulturer i planter. Disse forbindelser fungerer ikke kun som kemiske reserver for antitumor-, antiinflammatoriske, antioxidante, antivirale og antibakterielle aktiviteter, men yder ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6sentlige bidrag til at l\u00f8se nuv\u00e6rende og fremtidige udfordringer inden for landbrug, milj\u00f8 og medicin.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der mange rapporter om de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter fra endofytiske svampe i planter med fokus p\u00e5 forbindelser som alkaloider, terpener og polyketoner, mens detaljerede gennemgange af strukturer og biologiske aktiviteter af diterpenoide forbindelser er relativt sj\u00e6ldne. Derfor gennemg\u00e5r denne artikel kun de 137 diterpenoide forbindelser, der er produceret af endofytiske svampe i planter siden 1993, og deres biologiske aktiviteter for at give reference til bedre udvikling og udnyttelse af diterpenoide forbindelser fra endofytiske svampe i planter.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00f8lge den litteratur, der er gennemg\u00e5et siden 1993, har unders\u00f8gelser rapporteret, at 37 endofytiske svampe isoleret fra planter kan producere diterpenoidforbindelser, herunder: taxan-type (1), hemiphyllan-type (31), harzianon-type (5), isoparaffin-type (26), guanacastan-type (3), clostridin-type (4), indol-diterpenoid-type (45), ginkgolid-type (1), phomactin-type (4), cyclian-type (13), norcyclostan-type (3) og abietan-type (1). Disse forbindelser indeholder forskellige aktiviteter s\u00e5som antitumor, antiviral, antiinflammatorisk, antibakteriel og nematodedr\u00e6bende. Is\u00e6r seks typer skeletforbindelser som halvdagscyklohexan har betydelige virkninger i antitumor- og antibakterielle aspekter, som opsummeret i Tabel 2-3. Derfor b\u00f8r forskning i diterpenoidforbindelser fra endofytiske svampe i planter fokusere p\u00e5 dette aspekt. P\u00e5 grund af faktorer som klimaforhold, pr\u00f8veindsamlingss\u00e6soner og geografiske placeringer er der desuden forskelle i de diterpenoidforbindelser, der metaboliseres af endofytiske svampe fra samme planteart, hvilket \u00f8ger deres alsidighed. Derfor har disse forbindelser lovende anvendelser inden for medicin, landbrug, milj\u00f8 og andre omr\u00e5der.<\/p>\n<p>Der er dog stadig nogle problemer i forskningen af diterpenoidforbindelser fra endofytiske svampe i planter. Opdagelsen af endofytiske svampe har st\u00e5et p\u00e5 i over 100 \u00e5r, men forskningen i aktive stoffer startede relativt sent, is\u00e6r i unders\u00f8gelsen af dannelsen og ophobningen af aktive stoffer fra endofytiske svampe, som f\u00f8rst har v\u00e6ret i fokus i de seneste \u00e5rtier. Derfor b\u00f8r der, mens man isolerer og identificerer, udf\u00f8res yderligere forskning i synteseveje, biologiske aktivitetsmekanismer og struktur-aktivitetsforhold for diterpenoidforbindelser induceret af endofytiske svampe i planter, og deres aktive steder b\u00f8r afklares. Dette vil give et specifikt grundlag for en udbredt anvendelse af diterpenoidforbindelser. Derudover er der brug for mere forskning for at optimere v\u00e6kstbetingelserne for endofytiske svampe, is\u00e6r dem, der er tilb\u00f8jelige til at producere metabolitter uden v\u00e6sentligt forfald. For at opn\u00e5 mere aktive forbindelser med h\u00f8je farmakologiske effekter og anvende dem i udviklingen og forskningen af nye l\u00e6gemidler.
