Denne traditionelle kinesiske medicin blev f\u00f8rste gang beskrevet i \"Shennong Bencao Jing\" og er klassificeret som en f\u00f8rsteklasses urt. Den er blevet registreret gennem historien og er en ber\u00f8mt kinesisk sundhedsmedicin. Det er ogs\u00e5 en af de \"fire store sydlige l\u00e6gemidler\" i Kina, med Guangdong som det lokale produktionsomr\u00e5de. Den har virkninger som antiosteoporose, toning af nyre-yang, antioxidation, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatorisk, anti-tr\u00e6thed og forbedring af kroppens immunitet. Hovedkomponenterne i Morinda officinalis omfatter iridoider, antrakinoner, sukkerarter og organiske syrer. De iridoide forbindelser, der repr\u00e6senteres af krystalorkid\u00e9-glykosider, har antiinflammatoriske, smertestillende, antioxidante, antitumor-, anti-aging- og fedmeh\u00e6mmende virkninger. Caryophyllin har ogs\u00e5 knoglebeskyttende virkninger og reducerer akut lungeskade.<\/p>\n<p>I de senere \u00e5r er eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter Morinda officinalis fortsat med at stige i takt med, at folks bevidsthed er skiftet fra l\u00e6gebehandling til forebyggende sundhedspleje, hvilket gradvist har f\u00f8rt til f\u00e6nomenet med at erstatte mindrev\u00e6rdige produkter med gode. 2015-udgaven af den kinesiske farmakop\u00e9 bruger \u00e9n komponent, Nissin, som kvantitativ indikator for indholdsbestemmelsen af Morinda officinalis, hvilket har visse begr\u00e6nsninger. Men der er i \u00f8jeblikket ingen rapporter i ind- og udland om brugen af metoden med \u00e9n test og flere evalueringer til at bestemme indholdet.<\/p>\n<p>Dette eksperiment etablerede en metode med \u00e9n test og flere evalueringer, som for f\u00f8rste gang opn\u00e5ede synkron bestemmelse af fire cyclohexenetherterpenoidkomponenter i Morinda officinalis, herunder krystalorkideglykosid, deacetyleret kumarinsyre, kumarinsyre og kumarin. Der blev ogs\u00e5 udf\u00f8rt kvalitetskontrol af Morinda officinalis fra forskellige oprindelser, hvilket gav en reference til revisionen af kvalitetsstandarderne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dette eksperiment unders\u00f8gte ekstraktionsmidlerne (70%, 80%, 90% methanol), forskellige ekstraktionsmetoder (ultralydsekstraktion, opvarmning af tilbagesvalingsekstraktion) og forskellige ekstraktionstider (20, 30, 40 min) under hensyntagen til forskellige faktorer s\u00e5som nem betjening af ekstraktionsmetoden, driftsomkostninger og ekstraktionshastigheden for de testede komponenter. Endelig blev fremstillingsmetoden for Morinda officinalis-testopl\u00f8sningen bestemt til at bruge 80% methanol som ekstraktionsopl\u00f8sningsmiddel, ultralydsekstraktion to gange og hver ekstraktionstid p\u00e5 30 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>I dette eksperiment blev methanolfosforsyrevand og acetonitrilfosforsyrevand brugt som mobile faser. Det blev konstateret, at n\u00e5r acetonitrilfosforsyrevand blev brugt som mobil fase, var topformen og separationsgraden for hver testet komponent god, og det teoretiske antal bakker var ogs\u00e5 h\u00f8jt. Endelig blev den mobile fase bestemt som acetonitril (A)~0,2% fosforsyreopl\u00f8sning+0,01 mol\/L dikaliumdihydrogenphosphatbuffersalt (B), gradienteluering (0-12 min, 1% A; 12-30 min, 1% A \u2192 17% A; 30-40 min, 17% A).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 grund af den lave pris, den lette tilg\u00e6ngelighed og de stabile egenskaber ved referencestoffet for deacetyleret kumarinsyre vil dette eksperiment bruge deacetyleret kumarinsyre som en intern reference til multievalueringsanalyse.<\/p>\n<p>QAMS-metoden, der blev etableret i dette eksperiment, opn\u00e5ede for f\u00f8rste gang samtidig bestemmelse af fire iridoidkomponenter i Morinda officinalis, herunder krystalorkideglykosid, deacetyleret kumarinsyre, kumarinsyre og kumarin. Gennem metodologiske unders\u00f8gelser, holdbarhedseksperimenter med relativ korrektionsfaktor og sammenligning af QAMS-metodens beregnede v\u00e6rdier med ESM-metodens m\u00e5lte v\u00e6rdier og RSD-v\u00e6rdier er det vist, at den metode, der er etableret i denne artikel, er nem at betjene, giver n\u00f8jagtige resultater og har god repeterbarhed. L\u00f8ste manglerne ved den traditionelle evalueringsmodel med flere indekskomponenter, s\u00e5som stor brug af referencematerialer, h\u00f8je detektionsomkostninger og vanskeligheder med at skaffe nogle referencematerialer. Dette kan give en reference til den omfattende evaluering af kvaliteten af Morinda officinalis.<\/p>\n<p>Der er forskelle i indholdet af forskellige komponenter i Morinda officinalis fra forskellige regioner, med en mere markant forskel i indholdet af krystalorkideglykosider.
