I \u00f8jeblikket er dette sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l begyndt at involvere udviklingslande og tredjeverdenslande og er blevet et globalt folkesundhedsproblem. Derfor inducerede denne unders\u00f8gelse fedmemodel i C57BL \/ 6J hanmus gennem fedtfattig di\u00e6t, unders\u00f8gte interventionseffekten af SAaB p\u00e5 overv\u00e6gtige mus og den regulerende virkning af relateret genekspression i fedtv\u00e6v for at belyse dens mekanisme til regulering af fedme.<\/p>\n<p>Fedtv\u00e6v er et vigtigt organ i kroppen, hvis vigtigste funktion er at opbevare og udskille fedtsyrer (FFA'er), balancere blodsukker og lipider og udskille forskellige hormoner og cytokiner, der p\u00e5virker energimetabolismen og deltager i inflammatoriske reaktioner. I denne unders\u00f8gelse f\u00f8rte en langvarig fedtfattig di\u00e6t til en stigning i kropsmasse, forh\u00f8jet blodsukker, TC, TG, LDL-C, nedsat HDL-C og ophobning af fedt omkring maven hos mus, hvilket resulterede i abdominal fedme.<\/p>\n<p>Vores forskningsgruppes forel\u00f8bige eksperimenter og Fu et al. fandt, at SAa B kan reducere niveauet af kolesterol og lipoprotein med lav densitet i plasma og har den virkning, at det s\u00e6nker blodsukkeret, men dets specifikke virkningsmekanisme er stadig uklar. Denne unders\u00f8gelse viste, at SAa B i en overv\u00e6gtig musemodel havde reduceret kropsmasse, reduceret abdominalt fedt, reduceret fastende blodsukkerniveauer og serum TC, TG, LDL-C-niveauer, \u00f8get HDL-C-niveauer og forbedret patologisk status for fedtv\u00e6v, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med ovenst\u00e5ende forskningsresultater.<\/p>\n<p>Ophobning af en stor m\u00e6ngde fedt kan for\u00e5rsage nedbrydning af selve fedtet og produktion af frie fedtsyrer (FFA'er), som stimulerer makrofager i fedtv\u00e6v til at producere ceramider, fremkalder lokal v\u00e6vsinflammation og fremskynder udviklingen af fedme. NLRP3 kan regulere kroppens kroniske inflammatoriske respons, og det kan aktiveres af metabolitter som FFA'er. Ekspressionsniveauerne af NL-RP3, GDF3 og Caspase-1 er opreguleret i fedtv\u00e6v hos overv\u00e6gtige mus, der er induceret af en fedtfattig di\u00e6t, hvilket opregulerer ekspressionen af catecholaminhydrolase og IL-1 \u03b2-niveauer. Efter 7 ugers behandling med SAa B faldt ekspressionsniveauet af GDF3-mRNA i fedtv\u00e6v hos SAa B-M- og SAa B-H-mus, og ekspressionsniveauerne af Caspase-1 og IL-1 \u03b2-mRNA i fedtv\u00e6v hos mus i SAa B-H-gruppen faldt; Ekspressionsniveauerne af NLRP3-protein i fedtv\u00e6v fra SAa B-M- og SAa B-H-mus blev reduceret, og ekspressionsniveauerne af MAOA-protein i fedtv\u00e6v fra SAa B-L-, SAa B-M- og SAa B-H-mus blev reduceret. Ovenst\u00e5ende resultater indikerer, at SAa B kan gribe ind i forekomsten af fedtv\u00e6vsbet\u00e6ndelse hos overv\u00e6gtige mus, reducere ekspressionen af katekolaminhydrolaser og derved \u00f8ge niveauerne af katekolamin-neurotransmittere i fedtv\u00e6v og forbedre evnen til lipidnedbrydning.<\/p>\n<p>Sammenfattende kan SAa B reducere kropsmassen og fedtv\u00e6gten hos overv\u00e6gtige mus, forbedre blodsukker- og lipidmetabolismeforstyrrelser for\u00e5rsaget af fedme og forbedre den patologiske tilstand af fedtv\u00e6v. Det kan forbedre overv\u00e6gtige mus' evne til at nedbryde lipider og lindre symptomer p\u00e5 fedme.
