Nylige unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at ROS er t\u00e6t forbundet med mange patologiske og fysiologiske f\u00e6nomener som f.eks. tumorer, inflammation, aldring og kredsl\u00f8bssygdomme. N\u00e5r den dynamiske balance mellem oxidation og antioxidanter i kroppen forstyrres, angriber de overbelastede ROS m\u00e5lorganerne og udl\u00f8ser en k\u00e6dereaktion af um\u00e6ttede alkylradikaler. De resulterende peroxider kan for\u00e5rsage lipidperoxidering af cellemembranen, beskadige nukleinsyrens rygrad og proteinpeptidbindinger og f\u00f8re til celleapoptose. Antioxidanter kan klassificeres i naturlige og syntetiske kilder. Naturlige antioxidanter som tocopheroler, flavonoider og sulfaterede polysaccharider samt syntetiske antioxidanter som tert-butylhydroquinon (TBHQ), propylgallat (PG), butyleret hydroxytoluen (BHT) og butyleret hydroxyanisol (BHA). Kunstigt fremstillede antioxidanter har nogle alvorlige toksiske bivirkninger p\u00e5 lever og nyrer, hvilket udg\u00f8r en sikkerhedsrisiko ved brugen af dem, mens naturlige antioxidanter kan undg\u00e5 disse bivirkninger. Derfor er det af stor betydning at finde naturlige antioxidanter, der effektivt kan blokere reaktioner med frie iltradikaler og har lave toksiske bivirkninger til forebyggelse og behandling af sygdomme, der er relateret til ubalance i frie radikaler. Marine organismer er h\u00f8jt v\u00e6rdsat for deres forskellige ern\u00e6ringskomponenter og fysiologisk aktive stoffer, hvoraf nogle ikke er til stede i landplanter. Forskning har vist, at marine organismer som tang og s\u00f8agurk i vid udstr\u00e6kning indeholder naturlige antioxidantaktive stoffer. Deres v\u00e6v indeholder mange frie radikaler og antioxidanter, der direkte eliminerer frie radikaler eller forbedrer kroppens eget antioxidantforsvarssystem. Derfor vil denne artikel starte med at udvinde bioaktive stoffer fra tre typer tang (s\u00f8gr\u00e6s, tang og f\u00e5retang) og en type s\u00f8agurk (grov s\u00f8agurk) og systematisk isolere og p\u00e5vise dem. Fokus er p\u00e5 at unders\u00f8ge de antioxidative virkninger af disse sulfaterede polysaccharider fra havet og screene antioxidante stoffer, der h\u00e6mmer frie radikaler og polyphenoloxidaseaktivitet, for at udvide de biologiske ressourcer af medicinske naturlige antioxidanter.<\/p>\n<p>Polysaccharider er polymerer med h\u00f8j molekylv\u00e6gt, der best\u00e5r af ti eller flere monosaccharider forbundet med glykosidiske bindinger, og de har en lang r\u00e6kke farmakologiske aktiviteter. Talrige unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at denne meget effektive og lavtoksiske frie radikalfanger beskytter kroppen mod iltskader, har antioxidanteffekter ved at fjerne superoxidanioner, stabilisere frie radikaler og andre ROS i kroppen og dermed deltager i forskellige vigtige fysiologiske og patologiske processer s\u00e5som antitrombotisk, lipids\u00e6nkende, hypoglyk\u00e6misk, immunregulering, antitumor, antiinflammatorisk, anti-aging osv. I vores forskningsresultater viste UPSP og PSP visse antioxidanteffekter, og kombineret med data fra SFSP og HSSP blev det konstateret, at disse sulfaterede polysaccharider fra havet har betydelige effekter i rensning af frie radikaler, hvilket tyder p\u00e5, at disse sulfaterede polysaccharider kan have antiinflammatoriske, anti-aging og andre aktiviteter. I de senere \u00e5r har der v\u00e6ret nogle rapporter om antioxidanteffekterne af polysaccharider fra naturlige kilder, hvor landplanter og traditionel kinesisk medicin stadig st\u00e5r for en vis andel. Polysaccharider fra marine kilder stammer hovedsageligt fra alger, mens rapporter om s\u00f8agurker er relativt sj\u00e6ldne. Resultaterne af denne unders\u00f8gelse viser, at sulfaterede polysaccharider fra tang og s\u00f8agurk kan have en antioxidativ virkning ved at fjerne stabile frie radikaler og superoxidanioner og h\u00e6mme aktiviteten af polyfenoloxidase. I fremtiden vil der blive forsket i sammens\u00e6tningen og strukturen af disse sulfaterede polysaccharider samt deres forhold til ROS og polyphenoloxidaseh\u00e6mmende aktivitet for yderligere at udforske deres mekanismer til at forbedre kroppens antioxidantkapacitet p\u00e5 in vivo-niveau.
