Den er hovedsageligt udbredt i de sydlige og sydvestlige regioner af Yangtze-flodbassinet. Thunder God Vine blev f\u00f8rste gang n\u00e6vnt i \"Shennong Bencao Jing\". Den har en bitter og skarp smag, en kold natur og h\u00f8rer til lever- og nyremeridianerne. Den har den virkning, at den fordriver vind og fugt, dr\u00e6ber insekter og afgifter, reducerer h\u00e6velser og smerter samt afslapper sener og aktiverer kollateraler. Tripterygium wilfordii er almindeligt anvendt i traditionel kinesisk medicin, og dens r\u00f8dder bruges ofte som medicin. Det er blevet udviklet til forskellige Tripterygium wilfordii-pr\u00e6parater, s\u00e5som Tripterygium wilfordii polysaccharid-tabletter, Tripterygium wilfordii-tabletter, Tripterygium wilfordii total terpenoids-tabletter og Tripterygium wilfordii-dobbeltlagstabletter. Disse Tripterygium wilfordii-pr\u00e6parater anvendes hovedsageligt til behandling af immun- og bet\u00e6ndelsessygdomme som f.eks. leddegigt, lupus erythematosus og colitis ulcerosa. Derudover har moderne farmakologisk forskning fundet, at Tripterygium wilfordii ogs\u00e5 har antitumoraktivitet, og det har store anvendelsesmuligheder inden for tumorbehandling.<\/p>\n<p>Indtil videre har indenlandske og udenlandske forskere isoleret og identificeret mere end 500 forbindelser fra sl\u00e6gten Tripterygium wilfordii, hovedsageligt inklusive diterpener, triterpener og sesquiterpener. Blandt dem har diterpener forskellige skelettyper, herunder kolofoniumtype, havfyrretype, enantiosaurintype og andre typer. Tern\u00e6re epoxy-diterpenoidlaktoner af kolofoniumtypen, s\u00e5som Triptolid og dets derivater, er l\u00e6nge blevet betragtet som de vigtigste aktive ingredienser i Triptolid-diterpenoidernes antiinflammatoriske og antitumoregenskaber. Men det lave indhold af Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. og dets derivater og den st\u00e6rke lever- og nyretoksicitet hos de fleste af dem begr\u00e6nser i h\u00f8j grad anvendelsen og udviklingen af Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. Det er v\u00e6rd at unders\u00f8ge n\u00e6rmere, om der findes andre antiinflammatoriske og antitumoraktive diterpenoider med lav toksicitet og h\u00f8j effektivitet i Tripterygium wilfordii, bortset fra Triptolid og dets derivater. P\u00e5 den anden side fokuserer forskningen i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Tripterygium wilfordii hovedsageligt p\u00e5 dens vigtigste medicinske dele, r\u00f8dderne, og unders\u00f8gelsen af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af dens st\u00e6ngler er ikke dyb nok. En litteraturgennemgang har vist, at i alt 24 forbindelser er blevet isoleret fra st\u00e6nglerne eller blandede ekstrakter af st\u00e6ngler og blade af Tripterygium wilfordii, herunder 9 diterpenoidforbindelser. I lyset af dette blev der i denne unders\u00f8gelse anvendt forskellige kromatografiske og spektroskopiske teknikker til systematisk at isolere og identificere diterpenoidkomponenterne i stammen af Tripterygium wilfordii, og de isolerede forbindelser blev evalueret for deres in vitro antiinflammatoriske og antitumor-aktiviteter.<\/p>\n<p>I dette eksperiment blev 20 diterpenoidforbindelser isoleret og identificeret fra ethylacetatekstraktionsfasen af ethanolekstraktet af stammen af Tripterygium wilfordii. Skelettyperne omfatter diterpenoidquinoner, abietantype, sophocarpintype og enantiosaurintype. Blandt dem er 1 en ny diterpenoid kinonforbindelse, og forbindelserne 10, 19 og 20 blev isoleret fra Tripterygium wilfordii for f\u00f8rste gang. Baseret p\u00e5 tidligere forskning beriger dette yderligere forskningsindholdet i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Tripterygium wilfordii. Vi isolerede ikke kolofoniumalkylditerpenoidlaktoner med en tern\u00e6r epoxystruktur, muligvis fordi disse forbindelser hovedsageligt er fordelt i r\u00f8dderne og har et lavere indhold i st\u00e6nglerne. Forbindelserne 1-20 blev screenet for deres in vitro antiinflammatoriske og antitumor-aktiviteter, og forbindelserne 2, 3 og 20 viste signifikant antiinflammatorisk aktivitet. 2 er en diterpen af kolofoniumtypen med en kinonstruktur i C-ringen, og kinonstrukturen i C-ringen kan v\u00e6re en vigtig aktiv gruppe for de antiinflammatoriske egenskaber af diterpener af kolofoniumtypen. Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at diterpenoidlaktoner af kolofoniumtypen (s\u00e5som Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. og dets derivater) med en tern\u00e6r epoxystruktur er de vigtigste aktive ingredienser i de antiinflammatoriske egenskaber af diterpenoidforbindelser i Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. Denne unders\u00f8gelse tyder p\u00e5, at quinonstrukturen i C-ringen kan v\u00e6re den vigtigste aktive gruppe i de antiinflammatoriske egenskaber af diterpener. f. Denne unders\u00f8gelse tyder p\u00e5, at ud over Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. og dets derivater kan diterpener af kolofoniumtypen med en C-ring-quinonstruktur ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en af de aktive ingredienser i de antiinflammatoriske egenskaber af Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. diterpener. Resultaterne af denne unders\u00f8gelse giver nye spor til vores forst\u00e5else af det antiinflammatoriske stofgrundlag i Tripterygium wilfordii og giver ogs\u00e5 ideer til den strukturelle \u00e6ndring af brugen af diterpener af kolofoniumtypen som antiinflammatoriske hovedforbindelser. Derudover viste ingen af forbindelserne signifikant antitumoraktivitet, hvilket stemmer overens med litteraturrapporter.
