Navnet \"Yi Mu\" blev f\u00f8rste gang registreret i Guangya: \"Yi Mu, Mao Wei Ye\". Som l\u00e6geurt blev den f\u00f8rste gang registreret i Shennong Bencao Jing:; Tidligere generationer brugte ofte en blanding af motherwort og wolfberry, indtil \"Compendium of Materia Medica\" registrerede, at \"hvis behandlingen af Jueyin-blod i h\u00e6nder og f\u00f8dder er opdelt i vindvarme, rensning af levervarme, forbedring af synet og gavnlig essens, regulering af kvinders meridianer, s\u00e5 er wolfberry alene godt. Hvis behandlingen af h\u00e6velse, toksin, s\u00e5r, fordrivelse af vand og fremme af blodcirkulationen, kvinders fostersygdomme, s\u00e5 er det tilr\u00e5deligt at bruge dem sammen til gavn ...\" Ulveb\u00e6r og moderurt udviklede sig i sidste ende til to uafh\u00e6ngige traditionelle kinesiske l\u00e6gemidler, som bruges til forskellige kliniske symptomer i henhold til deres respektive fordele.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der forsket meget i fytokemien i moderurt, mens der kun er forsket lidt i ulveb\u00e6r. Meget f\u00e5 forbindelser er blevet isoleret fra fr\u00f8ene af kinesisk ulveb\u00e6r, hovedsageligt triterpener, steroider, cykliske peptider og aromatiske forbindelser. Desuden har man i litteraturen brugt gaskromatografi-massespektrometri (GC-MS) til at analysere dets komponenter og fundet, at Fructus Dioscoreae indeholder en stor m\u00e6ngde alifatiske, monoterpenoide og andre forbindelser. Men generelt er der stadig relativt lidt forskning i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af ulveb\u00e6r. Fu Wei Zi anvendes klinisk til behandling af menstruationsforstyrrelser, amenor\u00e9, dysmenor\u00e9, blodstase efter f\u00f8dslen og mavesmerter, r\u00f8dme og h\u00e6velse af \u00f8jnene, uklart syn, svimmelhed og oppustethed samt prim\u00e6r hypertension. Dets farmakologiske substansgrundlag er stadig ukendt. I dette eksperiment blev der anvendt moderne separationsmetoder til at unders\u00f8ge den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Fructus Ranunculi. I mellemtiden blev det gennem litteraturgennemgang konstateret, at s\u00e5danne forbindelser har biologiske aktiviteter s\u00e5som antitumor, antiinflammatorisk, antiviral, hepatobeskyttende og h\u00e6mning af blodpladeaktiverende faktor (PAF). Derfor kombinerede dette eksperiment den traditionelle leverrensende effekt af Fructus Polygonatum sibiricum til at screene dens antileverkr\u00e6ft og levercellebeskyttende aktiviteter for at afklare et mere teoretisk grundlag for den traditionelle funktion af Fructus Polygonatum sibiricum.<\/p>\n<p>I dette eksperiment blev 8-O-4'-neolignanerne i Leonurus japonicus og deres antihepatom- og hepatocytbeskyttende aktiviteter unders\u00f8gt. De blev adskilt ved hj\u00e6lp af silicagel, gels\u00f8jlekromatografi og omvendt fase mellemtryksv\u00e6skekromatografi, og derefter blev tre 8-O-4'-neolignaner identificeret i henhold til spektral dataanalyse. Den absolutte konfiguration af forbindelse 1 blev bestemt for f\u00f8rste gang. Forbindelse 3 er et nyt naturprodukt, og forbindelserne 1, 2 og 3 blev isoleret fra Leonurus japonicus for f\u00f8rste gang. Denne unders\u00f8gelse beriger typerne af kemiske komponenter i kinesisk ulveb\u00e6r.<br \/>\nDen relative konfiguration af 8-O-4 'nye ligninforbindelser bestemmes hovedsageligt af koblingskonstanterne for H-7 og H-8 i' H NMR '. Denne metode er afledt af et par isomerer og deres acetylerede produkter opn\u00e5et af Wallis et al. gennem syntese. Koblingskonstanterne for H-7 og H-8 i CDCI3 er meget forskellige, idet den r\u00f8de form varierer fra 2,5 ~ 3,5 Hz, og Su-formen varierer fra 6,8 ~ 8,4 Hz. Gan et al. foreslog dog, at man skal tage h\u00f8jde for opl\u00f8sningsmidlernes indflydelse, n\u00e5r man bruger denne metode. Den absolutte konfigurationsbekr\u00e6ftelsesmetode er hovedsageligt baseret p\u00e5 FCD-metoden, som er baseret p\u00e5 syntesen af oxygenligninanaloger (2R, 3S) -3-methyl-2-phenyl-1,4-benzodioxan af Aroldi et al, som udviser positiv bomuldseffekt ved 210-250 nm. Forbindelsen 1 isoleret i denne artikel udviser en positiv Cotton-effekt ved 228 nm (figur 2), og dens absolutte konfiguration bestemmes ved at sammenligne dens optiske rotation med forbindelser i litteraturen. Derudover brugte dette eksperiment MTT-assay til at screene den h\u00e6mmende virkning af de isolerede forbindelser p\u00e5 SMMC-7721 leverkr\u00e6ftceller og deres beskyttende virkning p\u00e5 HL-7702 og Chang leverceller induceret af acetaminophen. Ved 50umol\/L viste ingen af de tre forbindelser signifikant aktivitet mod leverkr\u00e6ft og beskyttelse af leverceller, men det kan ikke konkluderes, at lignin i Fructus Ranunculi ikke har nogen aktivitet mod leverkr\u00e6ft og beskyttelse af leverceller.
