Den har en varm natur, en krydret og s\u00f8d smag og h\u00f8rer til lever- og nyremeridianerne. Den virker styrkende p\u00e5 nyre og yang, styrker muskler og knogler og fjerner vind og fugt; klinisk bruges den ofte til behandling af mandlig infertilitet, osteoporose og andre sygdomme. Det materielle grundlag for Epimedium har v\u00e6ret relativt klart, og de vigtigste aktive ingredienser er flavonolderivater med demethyleret icariin som den overordnede kerne, s\u00e5som icariin, icariin og icariin, som er blevet bredt rapporteret i forskning. Forfatteren fandt gennem litteraturgennemgang, at de aktive grupper i denne type forbindelser er hydroxylgrupper i C-3-, C-7- og C-4-positioner samt isopentenylgrupper i C-8-position. I alt 54 strukturelt aktive sekund\u00e6re metabolitter er blevet dannet gennem methyloverf\u00f8rselsreaktion, sukkeroverf\u00f8rselsreaktion, redoxreaktion osv. Indtil videre har der v\u00e6ret adskillige rapporter om massespektrometri-fragmentering af flavonoidglykosider, men der er ingen litteratur, der kombinerer den kemiske struktur af karakteristiske komponenter i Epimedium med massespektrometri-fragmenteringsreglerne til dybdeg\u00e5ende udforskning. I dette eksperiment blev massespektrometri med h\u00f8j opl\u00f8sning brugt til at klassificere de karakteristiske farmakologiske flavonoler i Epimedium i fem kategorier: aglykoner, monoglykosider, diglykosider, triglykosider og tetra-glykosider. De eksperimentelle resultater er nyttige for den kvalitative og kvantitative analyse af s\u00e5danne komponenter og den strukturelle identifikation af nye forbindelser, hvilket giver et videnskabeligt grundlag for yderligere afklaring af det farmakologiske stofgrundlag og de biosyntetiske love for Epimedium.<\/p>\n<p>Epimedium er en almindeligt anvendt og vigtig tonisk kinesisk l\u00e6geurt i Kina. Selvom der har v\u00e6ret mange rapporter om det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for Epimedium, er der i \u00f8jeblikket ingen litteratur, der analyserer og opsummerer den kemiske struktur og massespektrometriske fragmenteringsregler for denne komponent, hvilket ikke er befordrende for den kvalitative og kvantitative analyse af denne komponent, udforskningen af biosyntetiske regler og identifikationen af nye komponenter og forbindelser. Denne unders\u00f8gelse brugte massespektrometri med h\u00f8j opl\u00f8sning til eksperimentelt at analysere den sekund\u00e6re massespektrometri af forbindelser, der indeholder isopentenyl-farmakodynamiske flavonoler. Det viste sig, at disse forbindelser f\u00f8rst ville bryde den glykosidiske C-3-binding og acetylgruppen udefra og ind i ESI-kildens massespektrometri, efterfulgt af bruddet p\u00e5 den glykosidiske C-7-binding og acetylgruppen udefra og ind, og derefter fjernelse af C-8-isopentenylgruppen og C-4-methoxygruppen. Hvis C-8-isopentenyl-dobbeltbindingen reduceres til en isopentenylgruppe ved vandtils\u00e6tning, vil dens massespektrometriske fragmenteringsadf\u00e6rd f\u00f8rst dehydrere og derefter fjerne alkylgruppen. Hvis C-8-gruppen danner en ring med C-7-gruppen, vil det karakteristiske fragment af isopentenylgruppen ikke blive produceret. De kemiske strukturer af to nye forbindelser blev identificeret ud fra ovenst\u00e5ende fragmenteringsregler, men der er visse mangler i h\u00f8jopl\u00f8sningsmassespektrometriens evne til at identificere isomerers strukturer. De kemiske strukturer af de nye forbindelser skal stadig bestemmes ved hj\u00e6lp af kernemagnetisk resonansspektroskopi efter planteseparation. If\u00f8lge litteraturrapporter er C-3-hydroxylgruppen, der indeholder isopentenylflavonoler i Epimedium-planter, et vigtigt aktivt sted, hvilket indikerer, at glykosylering af C-3-hydroxylgruppen mere sandsynligt vil forekomme. Tilsvarende er den glykosidiske binding p\u00e5 dette sted ogs\u00e5 lettere at bryde ved massespektrometri. Glykosidbindinger h\u00f8rer til heterolyse i massespektrometri-fragmentering, hvilket betyder, at ladningen er uj\u00e6vnt fordelt under fragmentering. Derfor kan dipolmomentst\u00f8rrelsen af glykosidbindinger i denne type derivat v\u00e6re en vigtig faktor, der bestemmer sv\u00e6rhedsgraden af fragmentering, hvilket kr\u00e6ver yderligere forskning og verifikation af forskningsgruppen.
