Den bruges i vid udstr\u00e6kning i folkemedicinen til at stoppe bl\u00f8dninger, t\u00f8rst, diarr\u00e9 (n\u00f8dder), kroniske maves\u00e5r og andre sygdomme. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der ingen relevant litteratur i ind- og udland om den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og biologiske aktivitetsforskning af Aconitum carmichaelii. Vores forskningsgruppe gennemf\u00f8rte en forel\u00f8big unders\u00f8gelse af den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af ethanolekstraktet af Aconitum carmichaelii-blade og fandt ud af, at bladene indeholder nye triterpenoide garvesyreforbindelser. Disse forbindelser er en af de f\u00e5 hidtil opdagede forbindelser, som er genereret ved forestringsreaktion af pentacykliske triterpenoider og unikke polyfenoler. I \u00f8jeblikket er de kun blevet isoleret fra Aconitum-planter. Har gode antioxidant-, anticancer- og lipids\u00e6nkende aktiviteter. Det er muligt, at disse forbindelser ikke blev effektivt beriget under separationsprocessen, og at metoderne til separation og rensning skal forbedres yderligere. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der kun f\u00e5 rapporter om den biologiske aktivitet af nye triterpenoide garvesyreforbindelser, og der er kun udf\u00f8rt forel\u00f8bige unders\u00f8gelser af kr\u00e6ftbek\u00e6mpelse, antioxidanter og lipids\u00e6nkende aspekter. Denne artikel isolerede ikke nye triterpenoide garvesyreforbindelser fra 80%-ethanolekstraktet af Aconitum carmichaelii-blade, men opn\u00e5ede et stort antal forbindelser, der indeholder unikke polyfenoliske strukturer.
