Den indeholder polysaccharider, flavonoider, alkaloider, steroider og andre ingredienser og har den virkning, at den fjerner varme og fugt, behandler fugtige varmes\u00e5r, fordriver vind og afgifter. Den kan bruges til at behandle hudsygdomme som tinea pedis, urticaria, hudkl\u00f8e og eksem og har st\u00e6rke antiallergiske og kl\u00f8estillende virkninger. Der findes forskellige typer og komplekse strukturer af polysaccharider udvundet af kinesisk urtemedicin, og en stor del af dem har forskellige biologiske aktiviteter som f.eks. fremme af immunregulering, antioxidant, antiinflammatorisk, antiviral, antitumor osv.<br \/>\nHudallergier for\u00e5rsaget af kosmetik har v\u00e6ret et stort sikkerhedsproblem for forbrugerne i de senere \u00e5r. Hoved\u00e5rsagen til hudallergi er IgE-medierede type I-overf\u00f8lsomhedsreaktioner, som gennemg\u00e5r en r\u00e6kke komplekse processer s\u00e5som allergensensibilisering, mastcelleaktivering og degranulering samt immuncellerespons, hvilket i sidste ende f\u00f8rer til forekomsten af allergiske reaktioner. Mastceller er effektorceller i allergiske reaktioner og spiller en vigtig rolle i allergiske hudsygdomme og inflammatoriske processer. Hudallergier er t\u00e6t forbundet med hudens barrierefunktion, neurologiske faktorer og inflammatoriske reaktioner.<br \/>\nRBL-2H3 (basofile leuk\u00e6miceller, RBL-2H3) er en undertype af basofile tumorcellelinjer fra rotter, som er rige p\u00e5 IgE-receptorer med h\u00f8j affinitet p\u00e5 celleoverfladen og har forskellige biologiske egenskaber ved mastceller. Selvom der indtil nu har v\u00e6ret en del forskning i den antiallergiske virkning af r\u00e5ekstrakt af hvid frisk hud, har der ikke v\u00e6ret nogen unders\u00f8gelse for at verificere den antiallergiske virkning af hovedkomponenten i vandekstrakt af hvid frisk hud - polysaccharider af hvid frisk hud. H\u00e6mningshastigheden, h\u00e6mningshastigheden for RBC-h\u00e6molyse og DPPH-clearancehastigheden for CDPS p\u00e5 degranuleringsfrigivelsen af \u03b2-HEX fra RBL-2H3-celler blev bestemt. Resultaterne viste, at CDPS inden for koncentrationsomr\u00e5det 0,5-1,0 mg\/ml havde en god h\u00e6mmende effekt p\u00e5 frigivelse af \u03b2-HEX og beskyttelse af RBC-cellemembranen med topv\u00e6rdier p\u00e5 henholdsvis 28,54% og 62,1% og en clearancehastighed p\u00e5 over 25% for DPPH.
