Phomopsis-svampe kan som endofytiske svampe i planter producere en bred vifte af aktive sekund\u00e6re metabolitter, herunder \u03b1-pyranon, terpener, alkaloider og celleafslappende midler. Disse forbindelser udviser ikke kun farmakologiske aktiviteter s\u00e5som svampedr\u00e6bende, antitumor, neurobeskyttende og \u03b1-glucosidaseh\u00e6mmende, men kan ogs\u00e5 bruges som cellev\u00e6kstregulatorer. De har brede anvendelsesmuligheder inden for medicin og landbrug.<br \/>\nHypericum ascyron L. er en plante i Primulaceae-familien, der tilh\u00f8rer sl\u00e6gten Hypericum. Den bruges som l\u00e6geurt og har bl\u00f8dningsstoppende, smertelindrende, antibakterielle og antiinflammatoriske egenskaber. Men der er kun f\u00e5 rapporter om de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter fra endofytiske svampe i Camellia sinensis. Vores forskningsgruppe fik en endofytisk svamp Phomopsis prunorum (F4-3) fra bladene p\u00e5 Camellia sinensis-planter i Shennongjia-omr\u00e5det i den tidlige fase. Efter fermentering og dyrkning i lille skala viste det sig, at risfermenteringsprodukterne havde et rigt udvalg af strukturelle typer.
