Det er den eneste encellede mikroalge i fylumet makroalger. Lilla alger kan syntetisere bioaktive stoffer som fykobiliproteiner, flerum\u00e6ttede fedtsyrer (PUFA'er) og ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider af sulfatestere. Ismail et al. brugte phycobiliproteiner til at producere s\u00f8lvnanopartikler, og fors\u00f8gsresultater viste, at partiklerne havde st\u00e6rkere antibakterielle, antioxidante og antivirale aktiviteter end de oprindelige phycobiliproteiner. For PUFA'er har et stort antal kliniske unders\u00f8gelser bekr\u00e6ftet, at indtagelse af PUFA'er kan fremme udviklingen af nerveceller og v\u00e6v, reducere forekomsten af tumorer, hjerte-kar-sygdomme og andre kroniske sygdomme. Lilla algesulfatpolysaccharid har forskellige biologiske funktioner som antiviral, antistr\u00e5ling, antioxidant og anticancer. Derfor er udviklingen af bioaktive stoffer fra lilla alger af stor betydning for udviklingen af industrier som biomedicin, kosmetik og helsekost i Kina.<br \/>\nTidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at sammenlignet med andre lyskilder som gl\u00f8delamper og metalhalogenlamper har lysdiodelamper (LED) en l\u00e6ngere levetid (ca. 50000 timer) og en mere milj\u00f8venlig produktionsproces. De er blevet brugt i vid udstr\u00e6kning til dyrkning af mikroalger. Vores forskningsgruppe har for nylig fundet ud af, at Porphyrium cruentum (FJ-12) vokser bedst under gr\u00f8nne LED-lysforhold sammenlignet med bl\u00e5, r\u00f8de og hvide LED-lys. Derfor var den lyskilde, der blev brugt til dyrkning af lilla alger i denne unders\u00f8gelse, gr\u00f8nt LED-lys.<br \/>\nDer er unders\u00f8gelser, der tyder p\u00e5, at der er en betydelig sammenh\u00e6ng mellem de lilla algecellers v\u00e6kstegenskaber og produktionen af deres aktive stoffer samt koncentrationen af kv\u00e6lstofkilder. Guih \u00e9 neuf et al. fandt, at sammenlignet med kv\u00e6lstoffattige forhold kan lilla alger fremme syntesen af phycoerythrin eller phycobiliprotein under kv\u00e6lstofrige forhold (1g\/L); Men under kv\u00e6lstoffattige forhold er lilla alger gavnlige for syntesen af PUFA'er og udskillelsen af ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider. Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har ogs\u00e5 givet lignende resultater. Disse unders\u00f8gelser tyder p\u00e5, at kv\u00e6lstofkoncentrationen regulerer balancen mellem protein-, olie- og kulhydratmetabolismen i mikroalgernes celleorganeller, hvilket p\u00e5virker retningen af mikroalgernes oplagrede stoffer. Som tidligere forskning har vist, kan kv\u00e6lstofregulering kun regulere syntesen af phycocyanin eller PUFA'er og ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider i Porphyromonas reinhardtii. Derfor er det meget n\u00f8dvendigt at regulere procesbetingelserne for dyrkning af Porphyromonas reinhardtii, s\u00e5 dens metabolisme i kroppen er i optimal balance, og dermed opn\u00e5 den synergistiske syntese af phycocyanin, PUFA'er og ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider.<br \/>\nUnders\u00f8gelser har vist, at under ugunstige lysforhold \u00f8ges niveauet af reaktive iltarter (ROS) i mikroalger, hvilket fremskynder oxidationen eller nedbrydningen af phycoerythrin eller phycobiliprotein, reducerer absorptionen af lysfotoner og p\u00e5virker lysh\u00f8stningseffektiviteten og fotosyntesen. Vores forel\u00f8bige forskning viste, at gr\u00f8nt LED-lys er den bedst egnede lyskvalitet til dyrkning af Porphyridium cruentum (FJ-12). Derfor er det n\u00f8dvendigt at unders\u00f8ge effekten af forskellige koncentrationer af kv\u00e6lstofkilder p\u00e5 v\u00e6ksten og syntesen af aktive stoffer i lilla alger under LED-gr\u00f8nne lysforhold. S\u00f8ge efter den bedst egnede dyrkningsproces til synergistisk syntese af phycocyanin, PUFA'er og ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider fra Porphyromonas aeruginosa. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der endnu ikke rapporteret om forskning p\u00e5 dette omr\u00e5de. Baseret p\u00e5 vores forskningsgruppes eksisterende forskning blev Porphyridium cruentum (FJ-12) valgt som algeart. Under LED-gr\u00f8nne lysforhold blev virkningerne af forskellige kv\u00e6lstofkildekoncentrationer p\u00e5 v\u00e6ksten af Porphyridium cruentum-celler og syntesen af phycobiliproteiner, PUFA'er og ekstracellul\u00e6re sulfaterede polysaccharider systematisk evalueret for at l\u00f8se den tekniske flaskehals for synergistisk syntese af bioaktive stoffer af Porphyridium cruentum og give et praktisk grundlag for den industrielle dyrkning af synergistisk syntese af bioaktive stoffer af Porphyridium cruentum.<\/p>\n<p>Under LED-gr\u00f8nne lysforhold blev virkningerne af forskellige kv\u00e6lstofkoncentrationer (0, 0,5, 1 og 1,5 g\/L) p\u00e5 v\u00e6kst og syntese af aktive produkter i lilla algeceller unders\u00f8gt. De eksperimentelle resultater viste, at den maksimale biomasse af lilla algeceller (3,09 g\/L) kunne opn\u00e5s under en kv\u00e6lstofkoncentration p\u00e5 1 g\/L; under kv\u00e6lstofkoncentrationer p\u00e5 1 g\/L og 1,5 g\/L kan lilla algeceller opn\u00e5 h\u00f8jere koncentrationer og udbytter af APC, B-PE, R-PC, ekstracellul\u00e6re polysaccharider, ARA og EPA. I mods\u00e6tning til andre tidligere unders\u00f8gelser viste denne unders\u00f8gelse desuden ikke en faldende tendens i syntesen af disse aktive stoffer af Porphyromonas sp. under forhold med h\u00f8j kv\u00e6lstofkoncentration og gr\u00f8nt LED-lys.
