Anvendes mod feber og v\u00e6skeskader, mundt\u00f8rhed, rastl\u00f8shed og t\u00f8rst, utilstr\u00e6kkelig yin i maven, utilstr\u00e6kkeligt f\u00f8deindtag, t\u00f8rre opkastninger, mangelvarme efter sygdom, der ikke aftager, yinmangel og overdreven ild, dampende knogler og tr\u00e6thedsvarme, uklart syn og svage muskler og knogler. Dens kemiske sammens\u00e6tning er relativt kompleks, og hovedkomponenterne omfatter alkaloider, polysaccharider, sesquiterpener, dibenzen, phenanthren, coumariner, steroider osv. Dendrobium pendant Roxb. er en planteart i Orchidaceae-familien, der er hjemmeh\u00f8rende i det sydlige Yunnan samt i syd\u00f8stasiatiske lande som Myanmar og Thailand. Alkaloidkomponenterne i Dendrobium officinale blev unders\u00f8gt kvalitativt og relativt kvantitativt ved hj\u00e6lp af UPLC-Q-TOF-MS-teknologi (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry) for at skabe et teoretisk grundlag for struktur-aktivitetsanalyse og udvikling og anvendelse af Dendrobium officinale.<\/p>\n<p>Dette eksperiment karakteriserede 15 alkaloider fra den f\u00e6lles struktur af Dendrobium pluvialis: dendrobine (1), dendrobine C (2), dendrobine (3), dendrobine (4), dendrobine (5), dendrobine (6), dendrobine (7), dendrobine B (8), dendrobine D (9), dendrobine B (10), red star alkaloid A (11), N-isopentene dendrobine (12), N-isopentene dendrobine (13), dendrobine D (14), N-p-p Cinnamoyl tyramine (15). Denne unders\u00f8gelse opdagede for f\u00f8rste gang tilstedev\u00e6relsen af alkaloider i Dendrobium officinale, hovedsageligt af typen octahydroindolizin-alkaloid. Dendrobium indtages normalt hovedsageligt fra sin st\u00e6ngel, og alkaloiderne i den opsvulmede st\u00e6ngel er hovedsageligt sesquiterpener. Typerne og indholdet af alkaloider i st\u00e6ngler, blomster og blade er rigelige. Indholdet af alkaloider i blomsterne p\u00e5 Dendrobium officinale er h\u00f8jere end i st\u00e6nglerne og bladene. Blomsterne best\u00e5r hovedsageligt af octahydroindolizinalkaloider som dendrobine, dendrobine B, dendrobine, dendrobine C og dendrobine D. I dette eksperiment blev komponenterne udvundet ved hj\u00e6lp af chloroform- og methanolmetoder, hvilket indikerer, at chloroformmetoden udvinder en bred vifte af komponenter med h\u00f8jt indhold.
