Streptomyces er en stor gruppe af actinomyceter med forskellige sekund\u00e6re metabolitstrukturer og betydelig biologisk aktivitet. Det betragtes som en kilde til mange antibiotika og potentielle kilder til l\u00e6gemidler. I de senere \u00e5r er der blevet opdaget nogle metabolitter med god biologisk aktivitet fra Streptomyces, s\u00e5som aldgamycin P, en ny makrocyklisk lipidforbindelse isoleret fra Streptomyces sp. KIB-K1, som har en betydelig h\u00e6mmende effekt p\u00e5 Staphylococcus aureus med en MIC-v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 7,81 \u03bc g\/mL. Forbindelserne endostemoniner A-J er nyligt rapporterede naturlige pyrrol-2-carboxylat-derivater, der er isoleret og identificeret fra en stamme af Streptomyces BS-1 for f\u00f8rste gang. De udviser st\u00e6rk d\u00f8delig aktivitet mod bomuldsbladlus med en 72 timers LC50-v\u00e6rdi, der sp\u00e6nder fra 3,55-32,00 mg\/L.<br \/>\nI vores s\u00f8gen efter aktive metabolitter fra actinomyceter fandt vi ud af, at et fermenteret ekstrakt af Streptomyces ardus WS65090 havde god insektdr\u00e6bende aktivitet. For at afklare dets aktive metabolitter blev det isoleret og oprenset, og der blev opn\u00e5et nogle teleocidinforbindelser. Teleocidin blev f\u00f8rste gang isoleret som et giftigt stof fra methanolekstraktet af myceliet fra middelhavsstreptomyces i 1960. Det har et unikt indol-laktamskelet med A1-, A2-, B-1-, B-2-, B-3- og B-46-stereoisomerer og har tiltrukket sig stor opm\u00e6rksomhed p\u00e5 grund af sin unikke struktur og forskellige biologiske aktiviteter. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er forskellige teleocidin-strukturrelaterede forbindelser blevet isoleret fra mikroorganismer, s\u00e5som lyngbyatoxin A~C, olivoretin A~C, 14-O - (N-acetylglucosaminyl) teleocidin A og 2-oxo teleocidin A1. Disse forbindelser udviser vigtige biologiske aktiviteter, s\u00e5som hudirriterende stoffer, tumorpromotorer, PKC-aktivatorer og cytotoksisk aktivitet. De nye teleocidin B-klasse-analoger og deres insektdr\u00e6bende og cytotoksiske aktiviteter, der er rapporteret i denne unders\u00f8gelse, beriger de strukturelle typer og aktiviteter af s\u00e5danne forbindelser samt typerne af aktive metabolitter af Streptomyces, hvilket giver grundl\u00e6ggende data til deres forskning i landbruget.<\/p>\n<p>Fem teleocidinforbindelser blev isoleret fra det fermenterede ekstrakt af Streptomyces ardus WS-65090, som alle udviser insektdr\u00e6bende og cytotoksiske aktiviteter. Blandt dem er 14-O-acetyltoleocidin B-2 (1) en ny forbindelse, og 14-O-acetyltoleocidin B-3 (2) er et nyt naturprodukt, og dets kernemagnetiske resonansspektrumdata er blevet udarbejdet for f\u00f8rste gang. Det er ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8rste gang i de senere \u00e5r, at forbindelser af teleocidin B-typen med insektdr\u00e6bende aktivitet mod efter\u00e5rshovedorm, bomuldsboldorm, diamantm\u00f8l og bladlus er blevet isoleret fra jordbaserede Streptomyces-stammer. Desuden indeholder disse to nye teleocidin-analoger acetylgrupper ved C-14, og deres insektdr\u00e6bende aktivitet er st\u00e6rkere end de tre kendte forbindelser. Baseret p\u00e5 de eksperimentelle resultater af cytotoksisk aktivitet er det p\u00e5vist, at acetylgruppen i position C-14 i teleocidin-analoger har en betydelig indvirkning p\u00e5 deres biologiske aktivitet. De biologiske aktiviteter af teleocidinforbindelser er hovedsageligt fokuseret p\u00e5 medicinske aktiviteter.
