Mange store svampe (almindeligvis kendt som champignoner) er kilder til mange strukturelt nye og\/eller meget aktive naturprodukter, og Ganoderma lucidum i familien Polyporus er en af dem.<br \/>\nLingzhi er et t\u00f8rret frugtlegeme af forskellige Lingzhi-arter i Polyporus-familien i Basidiomycota-stilen. Det er en almindelig medicinsk og spiselig svamp i Kina og blev f\u00f8rste gang brugt som medicin i \"Shennong Bencao Jing\". Den har en historie med over tusind \u00e5rs medicinsk brug. Siden 1950'erne har man opn\u00e5et kunstig dyrkning af Ganoderma lucidum-frugtlegemer. Med udviklingen af dyb fermenteringskulturteknologi til Ganoderma lucidum-mycelium er forskning og udvikling af Ganoderma lucidum blevet stadig mere udbredt. Ganoderma lucidum er rig p\u00e5 kemiske komponenter, herunder polysaccharider, proteiner, organiske syrer, sm\u00e5molekyl\u00e6re alkaloider, sesquiterpener, triterpener og steroider. Disse forbindelser udviser forskellige farmakologiske aktiviteter, f.eks. antiinflammatoriske, antitumor- og antioxidanteffekter. Triterpener er de vigtigste aktive sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i Ganoderma lucidums frugtlegemer med en bred vifte af farmakologiske aktiviteter, der gradvist tiltr\u00e6kker sig folks opm\u00e6rksomhed. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er de triterpenoider, der er isoleret fra Ganoderma lucidum, for det meste 6\/6\/6\/5 konjugeret tetracyclolanostan med et samlet antal p\u00e5 over 200. For yderligere at forst\u00e5 det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for den traditionelle kinesiske medicin Ganoderma lucidum og forbedre dens omfattende ressourceudnyttelseseffektivitet isolerede, rensede og strukturelt identificerede denne unders\u00f8gelse de kemiske komponenter i 95% ethanolfraktionen af Ganoderma lucidum frugtlegemer og testede in vitro antitumoraktiviteten af de isolerede forbindelser for at opdage aktive molekyler med yderligere forskningsv\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n<p>Den relative molekylv\u00e6gt af triterpenoider i Ganoderma lucidum er generelt 400 ~ 600, og iltholdige funktionelle grupper som hydroxyl, carboxyl, keton, methoxy, acetoxy osv. findes almindeligvis p\u00e5 moderkernen. I henhold til antallet af kulstofatomer p\u00e5 skelettet kan Ganoderma triterpenoider opdeles i C30, C27 og C24; I henhold til de forskellige funktionelle grupper og sidek\u00e6destrukturer, der er forbundet, kan det opdeles i flere kategorier s\u00e5som ganoderinsyrer, alkoholer, aldehyder, lactoner osv. Ved at udtr\u00e6kke og adskille frugtlegemerne fra Ganoderma lucidum (G. lingzhi) blev der opn\u00e5et i alt fem st\u00e6rkt oxiderede lanostan-triterpenoider. Blandt dem er forbindelserne 1 og 2 nye 24 lanostan-triterpenoider, der tilh\u00f8rer C27-klassen sammen med forbindelse 3; Forbindelserne 4 og 5 tilh\u00f8rer C24-klassen af lanostan-triterpenoider. Triterpenoiderne i Ganoderma lucidum har komplekse og forskelligartede strukturer og udviser rige biologiske aktiviteter, is\u00e6r antitumoraktivitet. Derfor blev forbindelserne 1-5 screenet for in vitro antitumoraktivitet (HL-60 A549\u3001SMMC-7721\u3001MCF-7\u3001SW480)\uff0c Men ingen af dem viste signifikant cytotoksisk aktivitet. G. Lingzhi er en ny art af Ganoderma lucidum, der f\u00f8rst blev foresl\u00e5et af professor Dai Yucheng i 2012, og som senere blev anset for at v\u00e6re relateret til G Schuensei er den samme sort, og der er relativt f\u00e5 rapporter om dens kemiske sammens\u00e6tning.
