De er de vigtigste komponenter, der ud\u00f8ver farmakologiske aktiviteter i begge plantesl\u00e6gter. Heterosteroide alkaloider har en nichestruktur og en begr\u00e6nset m\u00e6ngde, men deres unikke struktur og farmakologiske aktivitet tiltr\u00e6kker fortsat opm\u00e6rksomhed fra forskere b\u00e5de nationalt og internationalt. Da forskningen i naturligt forekommende steroidalkaloider allerede var blevet opsummeret f\u00f8r 2006, gennemg\u00e5r denne artikel plantekilder, kemiske strukturer og farmakologiske aktiviteter for 80 nyopdagede steroidalkaloider fra 2006 til 2020 for at skabe et videnskabeligt grundlag for yderligere forskning og udvikling af steroidalkaloidkomponenter.<\/p>\n<p>Isosteroide alkaloider er de vigtigste sekund\u00e6re metabolitter i planter i Liliaceae-familien, herunder Fritillaria- og Resveratrol-sl\u00e6gterne. De har brede anvendelsesmuligheder inden for antiinflammatoriske, smertestillende, antihypertensive, antiastmatiske, antitrombotiske, kolinesteraseh\u00e6mmende, antivirale og antitumoromr\u00e5der. Det lave indhold og vanskelighederne med at isolere de fleste af komponenterne i steroidalkaloider i planter begr\u00e6nser imidlertid den dybdeg\u00e5ende udvikling af forholdet mellem struktur og aktivitet for steroidalkaloider; det meste af forskningen fokuserer p\u00e5 enkeltm\u00e5l og enkeltaktiviteter og mangler systematiske unders\u00f8gelser af deres multi-m\u00e5l-mekanismer. Derfor foresl\u00e5r forfatteren, at udforskningen af f\u00f8lgende forskningsretninger skal unders\u00f8ges yderligere: (1) forts\u00e6tte med at udf\u00f8re kemisk forskning p\u00e5 planter af samme sl\u00e6gt med ukendte komponenter og forbedre den strukturelle mangfoldighed af steroide alkaloider; udforske den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og medicinske v\u00e6rdi af forskellige dele af den samme plante, is\u00e6r forskningsdelene af Fritillaria-sl\u00e6gten er n\u00e6sten alle p\u00e6rer, og der er f\u00e5 unders\u00f8gelser af andre dele som blomster, frugter, st\u00e6ngler og blade; n\u00f8jagtig adskillelse af m\u00e5lforbindelsesgrupper ved hj\u00e6lp af teknikker som molekyl\u00e6r netv\u00e6rk, LC-MS, ligandfiskeri osv. (2) Den korte samlede synteserute og metode til effektive ikke-steroide alkaloider (s\u00e5som cyclophosphamid) skal hurtigst muligt overvindes, og den semisyntetiske transformationsmodifikation mellem ikke-steroide alkaloider med h\u00f8jt indhold og h\u00f8j aktivitet er v\u00e6rd at studere. (3) Styrke screeningen af andre farmakologiske aktiviteter af ikke-steroide alkaloider, udvide anvendelsesomr\u00e5det for s\u00e5danne komponenter og implementere \"et stof, flere screeninger\"; Udforske kommunikationsprocessen for den f\u00e6lles handlingsmekanisme for en enkelt komponent med flere farmakologiske virkninger, s\u00e5som antiinflammatorisk og antitumor, for at opdage nye m\u00e5l eller ukendte aktiviteter. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er forskningen i ikke-steroide alkaloider stadig i de tidlige stadier.
