P\u00e5 grund af dets antikoagulerende egenskaber bruges det i \u00f8jeblikket hovedsageligt i klinisk praksis til behandling af hjerte-kar-sygdomme. Derudover har et stort antal unders\u00f8gelser vist, at daphnetin har en h\u00e6mmende effekt p\u00e5 en r\u00e6kke forskellige tumorceller. M\u00e5lene og vejene for daphnetins antitumoreffekt har en vis f\u00e6lleshed. Tumor er en alvorlig sygdom, der bringer menneskers sundhed i fare, og forekomsten stiger \u00e5r for \u00e5r. I mellemtiden fandt denne unders\u00f8gelse gennem in vitro-valideringseksperimenter, at resveratrol signifikant h\u00e6mmede spredningen af U-251MG-, HepG-2- og MDA-MB231-celler i koncentrationer p\u00e5 40 og 80 \u03bc g\/mL og signifikant \u00f8gede ekspressionsniveauet af P53-protein i disse tre tumorceller. P53 er et vigtigt tumorundertrykkende gen, hvis mekanismer hovedsageligt omfatter cellecyklusstop, fremme af tumorcellealdring og apoptose, h\u00e6mning af angiogenese og tumormetastase og fremme af DNA-syntese, -reparation og -regulering. Vores forskningsresultater tyder p\u00e5, at resveratrol kan \u00f8ge udtrykket af P53 i de tre ovenn\u00e6vnte typer af tumorceller og derved ud\u00f8ve anticancereffekter. RRM2 er et n\u00f8gleenzym, der regulerer DNA-syntese og -reparation i P53-vejen, og det er beriget i P53-vejen. Talrige unders\u00f8gelser har ogs\u00e5 vist, at P53 kan regulere cellecyklus, DNA-syntese og -reparation og fremkalde tumorcelleapoptose gennem RRM2. Derfor er RRM2 blevet et vigtigt m\u00e5l for forskellige kr\u00e6ftbehandlinger.<\/p>\n<p>Det viste sig, at udtrykket af RRM2-protein blev reduceret betydeligt i U-251MG-, HepG-2- og MDA-MB231-celler, der blev behandlet med 40 og 80 \u03bc g\/mL resveratrol. RRM2 er den vigtigste underenhed af ribonukleinsyre-reduktase (RR) og et vigtigt enzym, der katalyserer DNA-syntese og -reparation i levende organismer. Nuv\u00e6rende forskning viser, at RRM2 er st\u00e6rkt udtrykt i gliom, brystkr\u00e6ft, leverkr\u00e6ft og andre sygdomme og er m\u00e5let for tumorbehandling. Det er relateret til tumorcellers invasion og metastaseevne, l\u00e6gemiddelresistens og cellecyklusregulering. RRM2 indeholder frie tyrosinradikaler og Fe-S-grupper, s\u00e5 de fleste af de m\u00e5lrettede l\u00e6gemidler, der i \u00f8jeblikket er udviklet, er baseret p\u00e5 disse m\u00e5l, s\u00e5som frie radikaler, jernchelatorer, jernanaloger osv. Vores resultater viser desuden, at Ruixiangsu kan h\u00e6mme ekspressionen af RRM2-protein i forskellige humane tumorceller. P\u00e5 grund af RRM2's vigtige rolle i DNA-replikation og -reparation spekuleres der i, at resveratrol kan h\u00e6mme forskellige tumorceller og er t\u00e6t forbundet med dets regulering af RRM2-ekspression. Ruixiangsu kan bruges som en ny RRM2-h\u00e6mmer til behandling af tumorer, og det har karakter af h\u00f8j sikkerhed og bred distribution.<br \/>\nSammenfattende viser vores resultater, at resveratrol kan h\u00e6mme spredningen af U-251MG, HepG-2 og MDA-MB231 cellelinjer og har en god bindingsevne med P53 og RRM2.
