Jorden indeholder rigelige mikrobielle ressourcer og er et af de mest komplekse mikrobielle \u00f8kosystemer p\u00e5 jorden. P\u00e5 grund af den t\u00e6tte forbindelse mellem svampe, jord og planter\u00f8dder deltager de i f\u00e6llesskab i optagelsen, bevarelsen og oms\u00e6tningen af n\u00e6ringsstoffer og har unikke metaboliske veje, som resulterer i produktion af strukturelt nye og biologisk aktive metabolitter. Den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og aktivitet af jordsvampen Aspergillus fumigatus er blevet rapporteret. Mohamad et al. isolerede og identificerede 8 forbindelser fra de sekund\u00e6re metabolitter af jordsvampen Aspergillus fumigatus 3T-EGY. Blandt dem har forbindelsen Juglathraquinone A-5-O-D-rhodosamine (4 \u2032 \u2192 1 \u2032) -2-deoxy-D-glucose (4 \u2032 \u2192 1 \u2032) - inerulose B moderat in vitro-antibakteriel aktivitet mod Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa og Candida albicans. Liu et al. isolerede et nyt sesquiterpenderivat fra den kystn\u00e6re saltholdige jordsvamp Aspergillus niger, som de kaldte pergiketon. Denne forbindelse udviser cytotoksicitet over for HL-60- og A549-celler med IC50-v\u00e6rdier p\u00e5 henholdsvis 12,4 og 22,1 \u03bc M. Derfor udf\u00f8rte denne unders\u00f8gelse forskning i kemisk sammens\u00e6tning og test af antioxidantaktivitet p\u00e5 det fermenterede ekstrakt af ethylacetatlaget af jordsvampe og lagde grundlaget for udvikling og anvendelse af aktive ingredienser af denne stamme i fremtiden.<\/p>\n<p>Denne artikel isolerede og identificerede 13 forbindelser fra ethylacetatlaget af jordsvampen Aspergillus niger gennem faststoffermenteringskultur. Blandt dem var forbindelserne 1, 5, 8, 11, 12 og 13 alle polyketidforbindelser, forbindelserne 6, 7, 9 og 10 var steroider, og forbindelserne 3 og 4 var andre typer. Med undtagelse af forbindelse 6 blev alle andre forbindelser isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang fra det faste fermenteringsprodukt fra denne stamme. Forbindelserne, der blev isoleret og identificeret fra jordsvampen Aspergillus niger, er hovedsageligt polyketider og steroider, og deres antioxidantaktivitet blev testet. Polyketidforbindelse 8 har en vis rensende effekt p\u00e5 DPPH-, ABTS+- og OH-radikaler, mens forbindelserne 11 og 12 har en rensende effekt p\u00e5 DPPH og ABTS+. Den frie radikale rensningsaktivitet indikerer, at aromatiske hydroxylgrupper er vigtige for den frie radikale rensningsaktivitet, men steroidforbindelserne 6, 9 og 10 har ingen rensningseffekt p\u00e5 DPPH og har kun en st\u00e6rk rensningseffekt p\u00e5 OH-radikaler. Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at steroidforbindelser ikke har nogen rensende effekt p\u00e5 DPPH, men har en st\u00e6rk effekt p\u00e5 OH-radikaler. Polyketidforbindelser har st\u00e6rk aktivitet mod DPPH, og b\u00e5de steroid- og polyketidforbindelser er de vigtigste antioxidantaktive ingredienser i Aspergillus niger. Polyketidforbindelser har visse antioxidanteffekter, fordi substituenterne i polyketider og flavonoider er ens. Baseret p\u00e5 teorien om frie radikaler har fenoliske hydroxylgrupper st\u00e6rk reducerbarhed, og polyketidforbindelser er for det meste multihydroxylstrukturer med st\u00e6rk antioxidantkapacitet.
