Den har mange \u00f8kologiske funktioner som f.eks. at forhindre forsaltning af jorden og forbedre det \u00f8kologiske milj\u00f8. Farmakologiske unders\u00f8gelser har ogs\u00e5 vist, at sort ulveb\u00e6r har mange aktiviteter som f.eks. antiinflammatorisk, antioxidant, hypoglyk\u00e6misk og lipids\u00e6nkende, immunforst\u00e6rkende, tr\u00e6thedsd\u00e6mpende, antiinflammatorisk osv. Dens v\u00e6rdi bliver gradvist v\u00e6rdsat af samfundet og er blevet et hotspot for forskningen.<br \/>\nAnthocyaniner er tilb\u00f8jelige til at blive ustabile under anvendelsen p\u00e5 grund af deres egen struktur og andre \u00e5rsager, og stabiliteten begr\u00e6nser udviklingen af anthocyaniner. Med hensyn til stabilitet evaluerede Hu for eksempel pH-stabiliteten af anthocyaniner i sorte gojib\u00e6r, og resultaterne viste, at anthocyaniner blev lettere nedbrudt med stigende pH. Luan bekr\u00e6ftede ogs\u00e5, at polyfenolekstrakter har en vis stabiliserende effekt p\u00e5 anthocyaniner i sorte gojib\u00e6r. Med hensyn til farmakologisk aktivitet har anthocyaniner fra sort ulveb\u00e6r gode cellebeskyttende virkninger p\u00e5 PC12-celler og lindrer D-galactose-induceret hukommelsessvigt. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der dog ingen forskning, der diskuterer de strukturelle \u00e6ndringer af anthocyaniner i sorte gojib\u00e6r p\u00e5 deres stabilitet og cellul\u00e6re antioxidantaktivitet, hvilket til en vis grad begr\u00e6nser forskningen og anvendelsen af sorte gojib\u00e6r og anthocyaniner. Denne unders\u00f8gelse evaluerede anthocyaninforbindelser gennem stabilitetseksperimenter, beregningskemi og cellemodeller med oxidativ skade. Diskussionen af deres strukturelle sammenh\u00e6ng kan give nyttige referencer til stabilitets- og aktivitetsforskningen af anthocyaniner i sorte gojib\u00e6r i fremtiden.<\/p>\n<p>Fire monomere forbindelser af anthocyaniner fra Lycium barbarum blev opn\u00e5et ved semipr\u00e6parativ h\u00f8jtydende v\u00e6skekromatografi, og deres stabilitet og strukturelle sammenh\u00e6ng med cellul\u00e6r antioxidantaktivitet blev forel\u00f8bigt evalueret. Resultaterne viser, at trans-strukturen har bedre stabilitet end cis-strukturen under neutrale og svagt alkaliske forhold. For\u00f8gelsen af sukkergrupper og substitution af methoxygrupper p\u00e5 B-ringen i moderkernen kan \u00f8ge anthocyaninernes stabilitet. Resultaterne af molekyl\u00e6r simulering viser, at transstrukturen, stigningen i sukkergrupper og substitutionen af methoxygrupper p\u00e5 B-ringen alle kan forbedre stabiliteten ved at forkorte den molekyl\u00e6re afstand mellem moderkernen og sukkerk\u00e6den. Resultaterne af eksperimenter med cellelevedygtighed viste, at anthocyaninforbindelser ikke er giftige for celler og til en vis grad kan forbedre oxidativ skade induceret af H2O2 i SH-SY5Y-celler. Specifikt kan en stigning i sukkergrupper reducere niveauet af LDH i beskadigede celler betydeligt, og trans-strukturen har en mere aktiv fordel end cis-strukturen, hvor 1 er den mest indlysende. Forskningsresultaterne viser, at strukturel transacylation og en stigning i antallet af sukkergrupper kan forbedre pH-stabiliteten af anthocyaniner i Lycium barbarum og forbedre LDH-niveauet af oxidativ skade induceret af H2O2 i SH-SY5Y-celler.
