Chuanxiong er det t\u00f8rrede rhizom af Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. en plante i Umbelliferae-familien. Den har en skarp og let bitter smag og en varm natur. Den fremmer blodcirkulationen, fordriver vind og lindrer smerter. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der forsket meget i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og farmakologiske aktivitet af Ligusticum chuanxiong, men der er stadig relativt lidt forskning i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af endofytiske bakterier i Ligusticum chuanxiong. Der er forskellige typer endofytiske svampe i Ligusticum chuanxiong, og Wang et al. isolerede 87 endofytiske svampe fra rhizomerne af Ligusticum chuanxiong; Forskere har unders\u00f8gt metabolitterne af de endofytiske bakterier Cladosporium sp. og Fusarium tricintum i Chuanxiong og isoleret nogle strukturelt nye og meget aktive forbindelser fra dem. De sekund\u00e6re metabolitter blev isoleret, oprenset og strukturelt identificeret, og deres antiinflammatoriske aktivitet blev p\u00e5vist for at identificere forbindelser med farmakologisk aktivitet og berige forskningen i den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af Ligusticum chuanxiong endofytiske bakterier.<\/p>\n<p>Denne unders\u00f8gelse isolerede en endofytisk bakterie P. fra Ligusticum chuanxiong ovale,En ny polyketonforbindelse og fire kendte forbindelser blev isoleret fra ethylacetatekstraktet af den udvidede fermentering ved hj\u00e6lp af makropor\u00f8s harpiks, mediumtryk C18, mediumtryk MCI og gels\u00f8jle. Alle fem forbindelser blev isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang fra denne bakteriesl\u00e6gt.
