Gardenia jasminoides var. radiata er en fler\u00e5rig busk, der hovedsageligt er udbredt i provinser og regioner som Jiangxi, Henan, Hunan og Hubei i Kina. Water gardenia, ogs\u00e5 kendt som Fushi gardenia, bruges ofte som r\u00e5materiale til udvinding af pigmenter p\u00e5 grund af sit h\u00f8je indhold af gardeniagult pigment. I folkemedicinen kan dens r\u00f8dder og frugter bruges som medicin, og udvortes brug kan behandle skader og forstuvninger. Oral indtagelse har den virkning, at den fjerner varme, k\u00f8ler blodet, beroliger smerter og lindrer vind og fugt. P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der kun f\u00e5 rapporter om den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning og farmakologiske aktivitet af water gardenia. Eksisterende forskning viser, at water gardenia hovedsageligt indeholder kemiske komponenter som iridoidglykosider, triterpenoider, diterpener, coumariner osv. For yderligere at udforske de aktive ingredienser i water gardenia og l\u00e6gge grundlaget for udvikling og udnyttelse af dets planteressourcer unders\u00f8gte denne unders\u00f8gelse systematisk den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af ethylacetatfraktionen af water gardenia og isolerede 17 forbindelser fra den, herunder 6 flavonoider, 4 lignaner, 4 simple phenylpropanoider og 3 andre forbindelser. Gennem litteraturgennemgang blev det konstateret, at ekstraktet af Gardenia jasminoides og dets aktive ingredienser har god hypoglyk\u00e6misk aktivitet. Som en variant af Gardenia jasminoides har vand-Gardenia jasminoides kun lille forskel i genetisk mangfoldighed, kemisk sammens\u00e6tning og farmakologisk aktivitet sammenlignet med Gardenia jasminoides. Derfor brugte denne unders\u00f8gelse in vitro \u03b1-glukosidaseinhiberingsaktivitetseksperimenter til at screene den hypoglyk\u00e6miske aktivitet af de opn\u00e5ede forbindelser for at afklare det farmakologiske stofgrundlag for den hypoglyk\u00e6miske aktivitet af water gardenia og give teoretisk st\u00f8tte til yderligere udvikling og udnyttelse af dets medicinske v\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n<p>Som en variant af gardenia er vandgardenia vidt udbredt i Kina og har rigelige planteressourcer. I dette eksperiment blev der anvendt moderne kromatografiske teknikker til at unders\u00f8ge den kemiske sammens\u00e6tning af ethylacetatdelen af 50%-acetoneekstraktet af Gardenia jasminoides. Sytten forbindelser blev isoleret fra det, herunder forbindelser 1-6 som flavonoider, forbindelser 7-10 som lignaner og forbindelser 11-14 som simple phenylpropanoider. Blandt dem blev forbindelserne 1, 3, 7, 9-15 og 17 isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang fra Gardenia-sl\u00e6gten, mens de resterende forbindelser blev isoleret for f\u00f8rste gang fra denne plante. Derudover blev nogle af de opn\u00e5ede forbindelser screenet for \u03b1-glucosidaseh\u00e6mmende aktivitet. Ud fra resultaterne kan man se, at de opn\u00e5ede forbindelser har en svag h\u00e6mmende aktivitet p\u00e5 \u03b1-glucosidaseoverfladen, men det betyder ikke, at de kemiske komponenter i Gardenia jasminoides ikke har nogen \u03b1-glucosidaseh\u00e6mmende aktivitet. If\u00f8lge litteraturrapporterne fokuserer de nuv\u00e6rende rapporter om den hypoglyk\u00e6miske aktivitet af Gardenia jasminoides hovedsageligt p\u00e5 cyclohexene ether terpener. For yderligere at udforske det materielle grundlag for dets hypoglyk\u00e6miske aktivitet vil vi forts\u00e6tte med at studere dets kemiske sammens\u00e6tning med s\u00e6rlig fokus p\u00e5 cyclohexenetherterpener for at opn\u00e5 forbindelser med god \u03b1-glucosidaseh\u00e6mmende aktivitet.
