De tilh\u00f8rer Ericaceae-familien og Vaccinium-sl\u00e6gten. Der er masser af vilde bl\u00e5b\u00e6r i skovene p\u00e5 Changbai-bjerget, Daxing'an-bjerget og Xiaoxing'an-bjerget i det nord\u00f8stlige Kina. Denne artikel unders\u00f8ger de h\u00e6mmende virkninger og typer af polyfenoler fra bl\u00e5b\u00e6rblade p\u00e5 alfa-amylase og alfa-glucosidase, hvilket giver et teoretisk grundlag for udviklingen af produkter relateret til bl\u00e5b\u00e6rblade.<\/p>\n<p>Hovedkomponenterne i bl\u00e5b\u00e6rblads-polyphenolekstraktet, der er unders\u00f8gt i denne artikel, omfatter klorogensyre, 5,6,7,3 ', 4' - pentahydroperoxid, quercetin, anthocyaniner osv. Ved at unders\u00f8ge virkningerne af temperatur og pH p\u00e5 den h\u00e6mmende aktivitet af bl\u00e5b\u00e6rbladpolyfenoler blev det konstateret, at bl\u00e5b\u00e6rbladpolyfenoler er relativt stabile ved lave temperaturer (30-50 \u00b0C) og let sure milj\u00f8er (pH 2,0-8,0 og 3,0-5,0) og kan opretholde h\u00f8je niveauer af \u03b1-amylase- og \u03b1-glucosidase-h\u00e6mmende aktivitet. De halvt maksimale h\u00e6mmende koncentrationer (IC50) af bl\u00e5b\u00e6rbladpolyfenoler p\u00e5 alfa-amylase og alfa-glucosidase var henholdsvis 10,926 og 7,276 \u03bc g\/mL.
