Taiwania flousiana Gaussen (ogs\u00e5 kendt som Taiwania cryptomerioides Hayata), ogs\u00e5 kendt som Taiwan-gran, h\u00f8rer til familien Cupressaceae og sl\u00e6gten Taiwan-gran. Det er et h\u00f8jt stedsegr\u00f8nt tr\u00e6 med stor t\u00f8mmer- og prydv\u00e6rdi. Det er naturligt udbredt i den vestlige del af Hubei, den vestlige del af Yunnan og den syd\u00f8stlige del af Guizhou i Kina og har forskellige biologiske aktiviteter. He et al. udf\u00f8rte tidlig forskning i den biologiske aktivitet af skaldet cypres og fandt, at den har insekticid aktivitet mod saltvandsrejer og Aedes aegypti og har h\u00e6mmende virkninger p\u00e5 tumorceller. Efterf\u00f8lgende blev de antibakterielle, acaricidale, antitermit-, antiinflammatoriske og antitumor-aktiviteter af \u00e6terisk olie og ekstrakt af skaldet cypres rapporteret successivt. Med hensyn til komponentforskning er \u00e6teriske olier fra kernetr\u00e6et, m\u00f8re grene, blade og st\u00e6ngelbark af skaldet cypres blevet isoleret og identificeret, og kemiske komponenter som lignaner, sesquiterpener, diterpener, triterpener, fenoler og glykosider er blevet isoleret og identificeret fra deres ekstrakter. Der har dog ikke v\u00e6ret nogen forskningsrapporter om denne plantes herbicide aktivitet. I screeningen af herbicidaktive planter fandt vores forskningsgruppe, at skaldet cypres har en betydelig h\u00e6mmende effekt p\u00e5 ukrudtsv\u00e6kst, og udf\u00f8rte forskning i planteekstraktet med det form\u00e5l at give teoretisk reference til udviklingen af plantebaserede herbicider og fremme den omfattende udvikling og udnyttelse af skaldet cypres.<\/p>\n<p>Skaldet cypres er et h\u00f8jt tr\u00e6 med gode korrosionsbeskyttende egenskaber. Unders\u00f8gelser har vist, at den har svampedr\u00e6bende, antibakteriel, termitresistent, mideresistent og cellul\u00e6r aktivitet, hvilket tyder p\u00e5, at planten indeholder en r\u00e6kke sekund\u00e6re metabolitter. Denne artikel viste, at planteekstraktet har herbicid aktivitet, og to aktive ingredienser, Taiwanin E og Taiwanin H, blev isoleret fra det gennem aktivitetssporing, hvilket giver et teoretisk grundlag for den omfattende udvikling og udnyttelse af planten.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt er der ingen rapport om den biologiske aktivitet af taiwanin H, mens taiwanin E har h\u00e6mmende aktivitet p\u00e5 lungekr\u00e6ft, brystkr\u00e6ft, tyktarmsadenokarcinom og andre tumorceller. Unders\u00f8gelsen af ukrudtsbek\u00e6mpelse viste, at begge udviste en vis h\u00e6mmende effekt p\u00e5 rodl\u00e6ngde og friskv\u00e6gt p\u00e5 flere testede ukrudtsplanter. Deres aktivitet mod bredbladet ukrudt var h\u00f8jere end for Poaceae, og aktiviteten af Taiwanin H var generelt bedre end Taiwanin E. Taiwanin E og Taiwanin H er begge lignaner, og deres strukturer er ikke v\u00e6sentligt forskellige. Det spekuleres i, at \u00e5rsagen til forskellen i deres aktiviteter kan v\u00e6re relateret til de h\u00f8jere hydroxylgrupper og st\u00e6rkere vandopl\u00f8selighed af Taiwanin H.
