Det er den eneste super-t\u00f8rketolerante stedsegr\u00f8nne bredbladede buskart i Kinas \u00f8rkenomr\u00e5der og er blevet opf\u00f8rt i den f\u00f8rste gruppe af sj\u00e6ldne og truede beskyttede planter af staten. Sha Dongqing er en traditionel etnisk l\u00e6geurt (mongolsk medicin) kaldet \"Menghe Harigane\". Dens grene og blade kan bruges som medicin og har den virkning, at de fordriver vind og fugt, fremmer blodcirkulationen, opl\u00f8ser blodstase og lindrer smerter. Indtil videre har sekund\u00e6re metabolitter produceret gennem dyrkning af h\u00e5rr\u00f8dder d\u00e6kket forskellige stoffer som alkaloider, glykosider, flavonoider, kinoner, polysaccharider osv. Liu et al. etablerede et ginseng-kultursystem med beh\u00e5rede r\u00f8dder, og det samlede saponinindhold i de beh\u00e5rede r\u00f8dder n\u00e5ede op p\u00e5 2,468%, hvilket er n\u00e6sten dobbelt s\u00e5 meget som indholdet i det oprindelige ginseng-l\u00e6gemiddel. Dette giver et teoretisk grundlag for akkumulering og analyse af metabolitter i mongolsk kristtornens h\u00e5rede r\u00f8dder og giver en reference til produktion af aktive metabolitter i mongolsk kristtorn gennem den h\u00e5rede rods vej i det senere stadie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Denne unders\u00f8gelse brugte UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS-teknologi til at udf\u00f8re metabolomics-analyse af de beh\u00e5rede r\u00f8dder og naturlige r\u00f8dder af mongolsk kristtorn. 1706 og 1639 forskelligt udtrykte metabolitter blev screenet i henholdsvis positive og negative iontilstande. Blandt dem blev 1455 og 1095 metabolitter opreguleret. De forskellige metabolitter mellem de to er hovedsageligt beriget i aminosyremetabolismen og biosynteseveje for sekund\u00e6re metabolitter. Blandt de sekund\u00e6re metabolit-biosynteseveje er der 11 metaboliske veje, herunder flavonoid\/flavonoid-biosyntese, alkaloid-biosyntese, \u03b2-lactam-biosyntese og glucosinolat-biosyntese. Flavonoid\/flavonoid-biosyntesevejen involverer de mest differentierede metabolitter og tegner sig for 34%, hvoraf 88,2% viser opregulering. Flavonoider er en klasse af 2-phenylchromenonforbindelser, som kan opdeles i chalconer, flavanoner, flavonoider, flavonoler, isoflavoner, anthocyaniner og rosentr\u00e6spigmenter i henhold til deres skeletter. Glykosylering, malonylering, hydroxylering, isopentenyl, acetyleringsmodifikationer og polymerisationsreaktioner f\u00f8rer i sidste ende til mangfoldigheden i denne sammensatte familie. Disse kemiske modifikationer har stor indflydelse p\u00e5 flavonoidernes opl\u00f8selighed, mobilitet og nedbrydelighed. Diversiteten i flavonoidernes struktur og molekyl\u00e6re egenskaber g\u00f8r det muligt for dem at interagere med forskellige subcellul\u00e6re m\u00e5l og derved p\u00e5virke den biologiske aktivitet hos planter, mikroorganismer og dyr. De er en af de vigtige b\u00e6rere af planternes kemiske \u00f8kologiske funktioner. Forskning har vist, at flavonoider udvundet af mongolske kristtornfr\u00f8 har forskellige biologiske aktiviteter og gode immunforst\u00e6rkende effekter. De har en betydelig fremmende effekt p\u00e5 spredningen af immunaktive celler, produktionen og frigivelsen af relaterede immuncytokiner og antistoffer hos mus. Den vigtigste aktive komponent i de samlede flavonoider i mongolske kristtornfr\u00f8 er mangiferin, som tegner sig for 52,48% af det samlede flavonoidindhold. Gennem analysen af denne unders\u00f8gelse vurderes det forel\u00f8bigt, at de h\u00e5rede r\u00f8dder af mongolsk kristtorn har en st\u00e6rk evne til at syntetisere og akkumulere flavonoider\/flavonoide stoffer. Dette svarer til forskernes forskningsresultater om de funktionelle komponenter i mongolsk kristtorn, hvilket indikerer, at dens beh\u00e5rede rodv\u00e6v har en potentiel udviklingsv\u00e6rdi.
